Honestly I’m pretty confused I thought it would be a set of hair clips with more then just one clip but when the package arrived that was all that was in it I don’t know if it was just a packing issue or what was going on but I’m not really quite sure what to do if support could reach out to me ASAP that would be fantastic but besides the miss packaging the hair is really soft and it’s beautiful just a little disappointed. I got this hair because I’m leaving for a trip soon and I don’t know if this issue is going to be resolved by then😔That was my initial review and I rated a one star but I had to update because customer service with them is superb they reached out to me super fast offered me a refund and even offered to ship me a new package they have been truly amazing and I felt like they need an updated review! Best customer service I’ve ever dealt with!

Love these! Easy and quick to use, very soft hair, blended perfectly with my hair! I already have long hair and just wanted volume. These are perfect. I’m sure they will look even better curled. I’ve read where people say they need 2 packs, but there wouldn’t be room on my head for any more clips. This was plenty. Not stringy at all. Love that they came with free mink lashes too!!!! Best Extensions Ever!!! Worth it
I was so afraid these extensions would not blend in well with my hair color or that the clips would be huge and noticeable. I have pretty thin frail hair. I can't believe how well these blended in. I have a before and after photos. It gave me such fullness and even added a little length. My hair is about 18- 19 inches long so I purchased the 20 inches in Bayalage black to brown chestnut and it blended perfectly. So happy with my purchase and worth e every penny and more. So glad I didn't spend hundreds on an expensive name brand line.

Worth the Buy
I cannot believe that I got such amazing extensions for such a low price! One of my fave purchases ever! This is 20"1. So soft2. Packaged neatly in a cute little box (with instructions on how to care for the hair and put it on, and you GET BEAUTIFUL 3D EYELASHES)3. Easy to use4. After washing, there wasn't any shedding or fading of colours or anything - therefore great qualityAND IT COMES WITH EFFICIENT 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE (whatsapp, IG, email, I think FB too)5. I didn't even use the whole pack. All I used was the longest, the medium length, two shorter ones and there were still three pieces left back! So all those with volume issues, I'm sure one pack would be good. Maybe 1.5 packs if you have alopecia or something6. And ofc the price is the best part...
