I’ve been swimming for decades and this is the ONLY shampoo I’ve ever used that actually gets rid of the chlorine smell and my hair feels great.

This worked so much better than other chlorine removal shampoos. Also gentle, feels good in my hair - like expensive shampoo. Loving it here swimming in Arizona.

I have only used once so far. Just got it today. It made an amazing difference. I’m not itching after my swim in the chlorine pool water today. I used it before my swim. Then after my shower. I also used the other products in this brand the shower gel, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. All work very well. I hope it continues! I love swimming just not all the itchiness after.

My first batch was a present. I swim three days a week, and use this after my swim. It lathers up well, and leaves my hair clean and free of the chlorine smell. (I do use a little conditioner afterwards.) It doesn't take a lot (I have pretty short hair) so the bottles last a long time, as well. Would definitely recommend if you swim frequently. Will definitely be buying again.

I'm in the pool 3x a week for an hour. I do use a swim cap and make sure my hair is wet before I put it on and enter for my laps. I really wanted to like this based on others reviews but first and foremost this stuff stinks to high heaven. It has a medicated tea tree menthol smell. No lychee about it! I also don't notice a difference in my miniminaly highlighted hair. It still feels dried out. I use this brands conditioner, both as directed. It leaves your scalp and body with a cooling effect not something I particularly care for as my locker room runs on the cold side all year long. My 9 yo daughter said it felt like her scalp was burning. So we are now taking multiple products to our sessions. I'll use this up as it's expensive and will not be repurchasing. **UPDATE** Although this product line was not for our family the customer service is awesome. They did offer us an apology and a full refund. While not my intention at all when leaving any review, as no one can forsee the outcome of how individuals will react to personal care products. Maybe in the future if they come out with a different scent and added a more moisturizing conditioner we will give it another try.

I am an avid swimmer and I really needed to find a shampoo that could help get the chlorine out of my hair without damaging it. I have blonde hair and I was getting a lot of fake looking bleachiness. I've been using it each time after I swim for the past 2 months and I already noticed that my ends are not as dried out as they used to be.

Regarding the amount of advertisement done for this shampoo, it is no good in my opinion. It does not help fully clean the scalp and also contain menthol which is not suitable for a sensitive scalp.

Great shampoo, use with the conditioner for perfect hair after swimming And I have fine, bleached hair and it really does work !! Conditioner is just the best Better than Olaplex and many other very expensive products I have tried for hair repair

Not the cheapest anti chlorine shampoo around but it is extremely effective. On the plus side it is very concentrated and you don’t need much so the bottle lasts longer than you might imagine. A premium product for sure but well worth it if you’re a regular swimmer in a pool that is heavily treated.
