In love with this. Easy to assemble. Sturdy and a great size, even for adults. The pump works ok for a beginner pump. I highly recommend this pool.

Okay this was by far the best purchase we have made all summer. Our kids spent 3 to 4 hours in this pool every day and it is seriously so perfect for our four and six-year-olds.

Put this pool up again this year! I bought this last year and the pump went out maybe 2 weeks in. Took it down and this year bought a new pump! Setup is easy! Size is perfect for our family of 5.

I was really excited to get this pool, but unfortunately it arrived with a hole in the liner right out of the box. After spending the time to completely set it up and fill it with water, I discovered it was leaking due to a manufacturing defect. I contacted the seller expecting them to stand behind their product, but the only solutions they offered were to somehow return the pool in its original vacuum-sealed packaging which is impossible once it’s been opened and installed or accept a partial refund that was only a small fraction of what I paid. Neither option was reasonable. The product arrived defective, and the customer service did not provide a fair resolution. I expected either a replacement liner or a proper refund for a brand new product that was unusable. Very disappointed with the experience and would not purchase from this seller again.

We love this pool! First time pool owner here! We put many hours into leveling the ground, laying landscape fabric then masonry sand and then a pool pad before ever touching the pool. We also installed pavers for each leg to rest on prevent any sort of sinking. The actual pool setup took my husband and I less than an hour including building the ladder and getting the pump installed. We've had no leaks at all and have been completely satisfied with the cover, ladder and pool quality. We did upgrade the pump. Note: The pump wasn't upgraded after a bad experience with the one provided but merely being proactive based on other reviews. I will say we had originally set up the provided pump for about 48 hours and there was a noticeable flow difference when I upgrade the pump. We have used the canopy and it's really nice to have. We use it primarily for additional privacy and splash guarding some plants. It is not intended to be on all the time but rather used as needed because you cannot put the cover on the pool when the canopy is attached. Putting the canopy on takes all of maybe 3-5 minutes with two people then can be attached from the outside or from within the pool. All in all this is a great buy! And also aesthetically it's nice not to have some big blue blob in my backyard lol

This went together much easier than I anticipated! The hardest part was leveling the ground.

Love this pool! It's my little oasis for the summer -I did get a sand pump, the pump that comes with it worked well, but the filter needs to be changed often. I also added plants and a tiki umbrella for shade, and it feels like a dream come true... It's sturdy. I placed it right on the grass, and the size is perfect for floating. It's fun to jump in and out between Zoom work meetings.

This pool so far is great! We had a 10’ Bestway pool for a few years and upgraded to this 14’ pool. It’s been a nice upgrade so far! Seems well built, the frame is very sturdy and the lining nice and thick. Looks great in our yard, too! We’re very pleased with it.

We have used it for 2weeks and it’s been excellent

The pool was received defective. We set it up, fiilled it and it leaked. I iniatiated a return. The return process was horrible. The return instructions said to drop off the pool at Fed Ex. This is a 13 ft pool! It is very large and has many parts. I did not keep the boxes because I did not expect to be returning it. Even if I had kept them, the liner, frame and other pieces would not have fit back in the boxes after being assembled and disassembled. The seller agent told me to go to a grocery store and ask for boxes! The pool came in very large and odd shaped boxes, I.dont think I would the right size at a grocery store and beyond that why should I be sourcing boxes for a defective product? This is the level of customer service they provide after selling a defective product. Several calls were required to speak to managers to get a pick up approved. They said that fed ex was scheduled to pick up the pool at my home yesterday....the pool is still sitting on my porch. I made another call today and the supervisor said that she would schedule another pick up time. My confidence level is low. I am beyond frustrated. My ask is simple, pick up the defective pool and credit back my account. It shouldn't be this difficult. I will never buy from this company again and recommend that others stay away.

So far so good, extremely easy to assemble. The only complete I have which someone else mentioned here was that the connecters to the pump to leak a little bit. I bought some flexseal tape and put it around the connections and no more leaks.
