There are betters out there
Overall 3. It's all made in China. There are some gaps between the bars, some bigger than others. The instructions had no words at all, just pictures. I dint mind until it was time to use the small screws. Then, I had to youtube it. I won't be returning it because I have 4 GPUs sitting around, and I need a frame. You should look around. There are some better and cheaper.
