It may be a new product for Amazon but they have been around for many years. I use them in a pan for frying, baking and in the toaster oven. Great for making french fries in the toaster oven. Cleanup is easier and no oils required. The price is the best I have found too.

These perfect pan liners are made in Germany. As a full-time RVer I use them nearly everyday. I also line small saucepans with them. Add a little water to the pan, stuff in the liner and poach eggs. This method works good as a type of small-scale double boiler or steamer. Works in a cast iron skillet over a campfire with fresh caught fish. The fishy flavor stays on the liner and out of the pan.

Good quality products recommend using lower Heat but works just like it should. I would recommend this product. Precut circles great idea.

I do not like them said we could fry eggs. They stick every time. Meat is fair.

There's a learning curve with these. Heat transfers a little different, and you may have to add a tiny bit of water with certain meats. These also won't give you as much carmelization/browning. The convenience is awesome! They work best in a smaller skillet, so the entire pan is covered and protected.
