In all my years of shopping from Amazon I have never received a product so badly damaged. It's almost like they ran it under a vehicle or something before shipping. I was depending on this to pack for a 3 weeks trip. Alas, not to be. And while the handling is surely to blame, it also raises a question about the quality of American Tourister if a suitcase can get so badly damaged. Well, better now than during a trip!

The suitcase is what it promises. In its category, it gives you another 1.5kgs if weight carrying ability as most of the other similar sized suitcases weigh around 5kg. Apart from light weight, looks clean,but design of chains could have been better aesthetically. They cud have used same color for zipper too, as the suitcase body. Overall good product

Lost brand logo on the first use

this is lite weight when comparing with other small sized cabin trolleys.but when considering its price it is much higher than others.as it claims to be only 2kg, it actually is 2.200 kg which is a little extra considering it as a carryon luggage in flights where even small weight matters a lot.anyways its a good product good quality also, considering its cost, it needs to be like that.
