I have bought this particular pool cover twice before and it last around 3 seasons, no leaks. Which for the price is excellent. This purchase came in and we took from the package to discover it had a light coming through as we held it up. the material is weaved and the weaving had became loose making a hole. Contacted customer service and they immediately sent out another to us at no charge. This one was perfect, fits well and plenty of overhang. Closed the pool down and all is well. Great customer service, I would recommend this product.

*****NOT MADE IN CHINA***** This cover is made in Vietnam, which based on my initial view is a big plus. I have seen a lot of crappy covers over the past 21 years, and so far I am very happy with this one. This cover is by far the most generous in size of any cover I have ever owned. Most of the time they barely fit over the edge of the top rail. This one provides substantial overhang. In years past I have had quality control issues with grommets being bent, missing, out of alignment, or improperly spaced. Everything with this one is perfect. A little note about warranties in general for those who hold them in high regard. Having had a pool for the past 21 years I have come to recognize these so called 10 or 15 year warranties is nothing more than a flat out lie. Once I had a cover split apart along the main center seam after an arduous week of use. That particular seller would not accept a picture, but instead wanted me to repackage their garbage and mail it to them. All of which would cost roughly as much as a new cover. As such, I have no expectation whatsoever that I'll be able to collect on a warranty let alone get more than 2 years, 3 if I'm really lucky, out of any cover. The winters here in central New York are just too brutal. So I base my review on my initial findings with the cover. If it fails to make the 2nd year I'll downgrade the review. If it makes it beyond the 3rd year I'll also note that as well. Also I don't bother with the center pillow float anymore either. The foolish things deflate halfway through the winter and never provide any benefit. ***************************************FINAL UPDATE DECEMBER 10, 2018******************************************************* After the 2nd winter I noticed some areas had thinned. This is the 3rd winter and almost immediately one of those areas ripped apart. Overall, I feel it was still a very good cover compared to other ones I've had over the years.

While cover seems fine, who is to know.. The crank looked very nice, yet broke right as soon as we tensioned it.. Looks are deceiving.

looks and feels like a quality product but will only know once used this fall. Warranty was easily filled out and e mailed to them and a response in less than 24 hrs. Glad a I purchased this from them.....

This is by far the worst cover I have purchased. I bought this one thinking it would last. It lasted only 1 winter. Not even a full year. I closed the pool in Sept. Opened it this year a week ago. Might as well not even had a cover on it since it had so many holes in it. By a different cover, don't buy this!

I ordered this cover for my 24 ft round pool. I find myself buying a cover every year because even the most expensive covers end up ripping against the pool over the windy winter. This cover was plenty large enough to come down on the sides and went on easily. Once on, however, I discovered a seam that was not heat sealed, and I had an 11 inch hole in the cover. I put duct tape on it, but I don’t think it will hold. I certainly did not expect to have a “holey” cover right out of the box! Too late to return it. I hope I get through the winter. Apparently, the company doesn’t inspect their product very well. UPDATE: we had a very mild winter, with no snow on the cover. However, the seam that was split opened up to about 4 ft. In length, and leaves, twigs, debris and pollen made my pool filthy when I removed it on Memorial Day weekend. It took me four days of running the pump and filter and countless bags of shock to clear it up. It was crystal clear and had winterizing chemicals when I closed it, so the gaping open seam is the only thing I can blame for the mess in the pool. The cover was otherwise in good shape with no rips or tears. I suppose if it had been seamed properly, it would have been a decent value and I would have had a clean pool on opening. The material is pretty thin, though, so it still would not last more than a year in my opinion.

This is the first time I have used this pool cover so I can not speak for it's durability over time, however compared to my previous pool cover it is approximately the same thickness of material. It arrived with no issues. All of the grommets were in perfect shape. It has a much larger overhang than my previous pool cover which is a feature that I love. I prefer to weight my cover down with water jugs because the last time I used the metal wire included with the cover the weight of the snow I get in Upstate NY put too much tension on the pool itself and broke two of the railings. If I get too much snow, at least the worst thing that can happen is that the jugs end up falling into the pool with no damage to the pool itself. That is one reason I like the extra overhang, because worst case scenario all that will happen is the sides of the cover will rise yet still cover the pool until spring. I have no complaints. I can't wait to see how it lasts over the winter. My last pool cover lasted 10 years so I guess I will see how it stacks up to the test of time. Of note, I never put a pillow in the middle. That only made the issue of snowfall even worse and I have owned above ground pools for over 20 years. Update 4/1/2023, the cover has lasted through 3 winters. This year it is entirely shredded and needs to be replaced. We DID have an unusually bad winter this year though. So much so that my deck even collapsed, so I will probably purchase again. For the price I think I got my money's worth. I don't think that any cover would withstand the winter we just had.

Bought in August of 23 and just had end of life now in 2026 will probably buy again for price. Live in Massachusetts and have brutal winters

Ordered 24' round cover . It fits perfectly much better quality than I expected unfortunately the grommet was crushed, didn't find that out untill near the end. Was talking to customer service about a replacement cover and of coarse all out. Being as helpful as there are they asked if it was usable for the winter and it was. They told me because the damage was going to prematurely wear I could use it and they would send me a replacement top as soon as they had more in. No hassle what so ever great service I would buy another one in a heartbeat. Thanks

Purchased this for the price. My pool is getting old now, 15+ years. Didn't need to spend more money on one with a longer warranty as I don't know if the pool will survive the winter. Looks to be OK and fulfills what I purchased it for. Mostly to keep the leaves out so less of a mess in the spring.
