Hearticulations: On Love, Friendship, and Healing

Honestly, this is the type of book everyone needs a copy of! Such beautiful, inspiring and honest words, I find myself coming back to it over and over just picking a random page to read. Love Jeffs writing!

I found this author on social media and enjoyed his posts and writings there online before I knew he was a writer and had a book available. I’m really enjoying this book. It’s a bit like reading letters from a good friend or a very well written excerpt from a personal journal. There is a depth and intimacy to the writing. It’s insightful and also resonates with my own heart and mind. There is a feeling of familiarity as I read. I decided to order a couple more of this book to give as Valentine’s Day gifts for my friend and sister.

Ironically I tried to read this book a one but the app would not let me do it… Every time I tapped one star it came up four stars!… I’m sure it may have helped him to write his thoughts down. I have read many books and healing and spirituality… And this is definitely not worth the price… First of all it’s a very tiny book… Secondly I feel cynicism behind his words… Not healing!

Wonderful insights into the world of recovering from trauma. Realistic affirmations and meditations that don't use spiritual bypassing to cover the wounds instead of healing them.

I love this book! Very REAL and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend!
