It is a good product

Compact size very good quality sound.

I was glad when I first received this product for its sound, FM band and Blue tooth connectivity. During last 8 days, I might have used it for 4-5 times for a short while. But on the 9th day, nothing works. No blue tooth connectivity, no on off, no FM. It is garbage for me now. The company was in Hyderabad thinking it was made in India product. The item is finally embossed as Made in China. I wouldn’t have ever purchased if was explicitly mentioned. Amazon’s 7 day return policy is too bad. The products are made in such a way, it will stop working after this period and customer is trapped. Usually one doesn’t get to know about any product without using it for a reasonable period. And it is not necessary that one has to use the product 24X7 for first 7 days.Beware of Chinese products. If possible don’t buy. Or buy from stores where you may get some support.Secondly use the newly Amazon purchased product extensively for first week.Good luck.

The power button does not work.Got a replacement and that also had power button issues.Buttons are soft and does not workSeems to be product issue

It's a copy of portronics soundbox and it power off after 10 minutes even if bluetooth is connected! How can it be used for zoom calls if it get power off in 10This poor feature downgraded the speaker.

After usingfor only 5 times power on -off switch does not operate.Sound quality and other features are of good quality.Can it be replaced or I have to consider I lost money of the item which is beautifully advertised.

Stopped working in a week. I need replacement. Its not been a good online experience... worst experience
