We bought these as gifts for our family this year. They are easy to use and by purchasing all the same one, we only need the one app. Everyone loves and treasures them. One arrived broken, but the customer service was great and we received a replacement right away. Thanks again!

this was a great buy. took a while to follow the instructions but now that is up and running great value for the money.

Quality of screen is good enough. Frame looks best in a lighted room or under a lamp if you’re trying to avoid that monitor vibe. I avoid playing videos or using the tiny speaker as this product does a good enough job as serving a “picture frame”.You’ll get the best results if you edit your photos to the correct aspect ratio and separate the horizontal and vertical photos. Therefore I cannot give judgement on how well the frame automates photos.Over-all I was concerned that the resolution wasn’t big enough but viewing the frame from only a few feet away I was impressed how it looked, even with photos that were not good quality.

This digital pic frame is amazing. Big and beautiful display with wooden frame. Looks very elegant. The only downside is the slot of sd card is very badly designed. Once the card is inserted it's really difficult to take it out

I bought 6 versions of these type of photo frames to test which was best, and this one did not compare In photo quality at all. I suspect it might compress them coming from the app, but that’s the main way I want to add photos so it’s not going to work for me.Also, the frame is purpleish, I was expecting black.EDIT TO ADD: this company emailed to ask me to change my review to be positive after I left the above. I’ve offered to test future products to confirm whether or not the technology has improved. I guess that means you should take the other reviews with a grain of salt!!

When u use the full screen it cuts off most of the pictures if the subject matter is not centered u only get partially view pictures cuts off the rest and sometimes don’t see subject at all

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mom. It is NOT the easiest setup process, i admit we both struggled a little bit however once you get through the initial setup this thing is awesome.

It’s a great frame but the phone app is a bit hard to use and limiting. Once you get it set up it’s great. Wish it had a few more controls about displaying multiple pictures in a collage But as a basic frame it’s not bad.
