Nothing pops up on my phone. nothing pops up on the bottom right corner when i open my photo albums that says “import”. nothing. can anyone help?

Hello, we are the seller of this sd card reader. For iOS 13，it is no pop-up, but you can find 'import' in the "Photos" app or" Files "app. Please make sure that the memory card has been correctly inserted into the camera memory card reader. If photos or videos are not transmitted, just unplug the reader and memory card and reconnect. Will this card reader cause pictures/videos to be deleted or lost?

No it wont. But I will say when you import the pictures into your phone, at the bottom right of your Iphone screen, an import option will appear and your pictures from your camera will upload onto phone. Now if you delete the pictures on the import screen, they also delete on your camera so be careful. Also, once you unplug the card reader, the import screen disappears which is normal

Can i just preview photos on memory and slect specific pics to transfer

On my iPhone I had the ability to select the ones I wanted and it gives you to option to delete them from The card after transferring.
