Overall the pendant was beautiful but like other reviews stated, the chain was so tangled around pendant and link caught in groove of pendant, I had to replace it with a more thicker and fancier chain. Chain was very thin and not of good quality but you get what you pay for. Hope this company reads these reviews to change their chains!

Heart is nice. Chain was cheap and because it came in just a zip lock bag it was in knots. The chain had worked its way into a side opening of the heart and had to be broken to get loose. If you are only buying for the pendant and willing to buy a new chain before you wear it is prety.

Necklace was as described. Was smaller than picture made it seem to be but overall was a great gift for my daughter.
