After beginning supplementation, I noticed much faster tendon recovery and less pain after weight lifting. In addition, elbow pain from sleeping on my arm or holding my phone up for too long has also vanished. Very pleased with the effects. Two weeks in, so will have to see if this holds up long-term.

This really works, I was having some light joint ache which was getting worse by the day, Decided to give this a try and what do you know, pain it's gone for good.

As one enters their senior years many health related issues sometimes appear. Even though I still do intense workouts 6 days a week; nevertheless, I still sometimes have some painful joints. Supplement are difficult to judge. Seems to be doing what it should.

I'm 32 and My knees were never the best to begin with, I'd played football as an offensive lineman, since I was 10 years old, pop warner through varsity. That I think messed up my knees but I was still able to work out, jog, go hiking etc... with no real issues, except some lasting minor pain and aches. About 5 months ago I wrenched the hell out of my left knee, by being stupid. Anyways, my doctor said I needed to let it rest and stay off it as much as possible and to wear a knee brace. It hurt to walk, go upstairs, sit with my knee bent. After a few months I was able to take the brace off and it didn't hurt to walk or sit down. However, walking up stairs there was always a twinge. I had stopped doing legs at the gym and stopped running as well. I would use the elliptical for cardio, since its very low impact. I finally got the go ahead from my doctor to do legs but to keep it light weight. So, I tried doing legs at the gym, my right is still strong as hell was able to do everything, but my left couldn't do anything without extreme pain, except leg curls. I like to do my legs individually so one leg doesn't compensate for the other legs weakness. As such leg extensions, leg press, toe raises, squats, even lunges all hurt like a SOB. Just doing any weight at the gym was agonizing so I stopped. I mean I couldn't even do standing lunges let alone walking. I could go jogging for a couple miles and my knee would hurt a little afterwards but it was fine. Some friends recommended this so I bought it at the OneStop Nutrition next to the gym. Well after I would say 3-4 weeks the pain started going away. I've been taking for 1.5-2 months now and my left knee is almost as good as new. I can finally do lunges, light squats, and just as much weight for extensions and leg press as my right leg can, with very little pain in my left leg. There is still pain during and after but it has almost gotten to be non-existent, I assume if I keep taking this it will go away completely and I hope so. As it is I am just glad the pain has gone away so much. Oh, and my right leg has no issues with anything anymore. Hopefully my left leg will soon be in the same boat.

I graduated high school in 1994 and stopped taking PE as soon as I was allowed to and other than a rare idea to see if I could, I've never been a jogger. I have been a treadmill walker and stair runner though. About a month ago I decided to give jogging a try since I was getting bored with walking. I fell in love with it and I was very pleased with how well I did but after my first week, my knees and ankles decided they hated it and I was walking around humped over, walking bow legged like I was 30 years older than I am. We bought Cosequin for dogs for our elderly dog who started limping around. She was running better than ever in less than two weeks, so I thought if it works for her, maybe the same formula will work for me. I've been taking this product for almost 3 weeks now and I went from supporting myself to walk up and down the stairs and getting around in general to walking around normally and even walking/jogging again on my treadmill. I can't say enough about this product and I plan to continue with it as long as I feel the need to. I decided to go with NOW Foods because I already use a lot of their essential oils around the house so I was comfortable and confident in their quality. I have no intentions of switching brands, even for a cheaper price. I highly recommend this product to anyone with joint issues.

i am in india. my wife got knee pain in legs due to wear and tear of cartilage in both knees due to post- menopause which normally occurs for aged ladies.After taking Now foods glucosamine and chondroitin with MSM regularly for one month, her knee pain is gone and her mobility of legs improved and he is able to walk without any pain. Hence i again ordered for one more container of 180 tablets through amazon and happy with their services besides this medicine appears to be reasonably priced and also with no side effects since she has seen no such side effects by taking this tablets. it appears to me that this tablets are to be taken regularly without giving any break in order to sustain pain less knees and for easy walking on permanent basis. Till now she has been taking this healthy food for joints for past 4 months and no pain while walking.
