Great pans! They maintain heat very well for nice even cooking. They are sturdy and well made. A lot of people gripe about the handles which I admit aren’t ideal, they are a touch uncomfortable but not a deal breaker for me. The performance of them says it all.

Besides the concave handle, which isn't really that big if a deal, this set of cookware has been excellent. It cleans really well and is mostly non-stick. I would have bought another set but the price has almost doubled.

Llevo usándolos 4 meses básicamente diario y siguen calentando uniformemente, nada se pega siempre y cuando uses media o una cucharadita de aceite, los laves con esponja, uses utensilios que no los rayen y uses fuego medio a bajo. I decided to finally purchase good quality fry pans. I was tired of spending $40 for a non stick pan that wears out in a year and all the no stick wears off. These pans are good quality, are sturdy and non stick. I have read all the reviews and even though it states dishwasher safe, I will only hand wash them to preserve the longevity of them. So happy I purchased All Clad. Great reputation for being professional quality!
