Bought this as a gift for someone who likes to travel and having a milestone birthday, thought it'd be a great "kitschy" gift. I wasn't there when opened, but apparently liked it and is planning on framing. However, I'm disappointed. I ordered this particular one, because it was to have come with a scratch off tool, it didn't. The tube it came in was nice, don't need to wrap but only came with one end cap for the tube.As it was a gift, I didn't want to pull it out and then have to re-roll, so I'm not quite sure of the packaging inside the tube and how well it was packed. Overall they seemed to like it....So if you have someone in your life that travels, and something a bit out of the mainstream, this might be the thing to get.

Browsing through Amazon, I was looking for travelers map to purchase. There is plenty of you can find online, but not like this one. What I like about it - it's a great quality and the color is black and gold, which makes it look stylish and expensive.My husband and I are huge fans of traveling. We love to explore new places. Meet new people, learn about different cultures, and see how beautiful our planet is! It gives us a lot of positive energy. I'm sure it does for everyone!To make it more memorable it's nice to scratch off the places you've visited. And every morning you wake up and look at the map with the smile to have a wonderful day and be greatful for a chance to travel. I must say: I'm impressed!!!Great for educational purposes too! Will be a nice gift for everyone!

This scratch off map is awesome. The item was delivered quickly with Amazon Prime. The map appears to be high quality and well made. The print paper is good and the colors are very bright and beautiful.You can tell a lot of thoughts have gone into design and making this map. It looks a lot more expensive than what it costs.This would make a perfect gift for any world travelers. We hung it up in our 3 years old son's room who has already traveled to four continents and six different countries! Can't wait to fill this map up with more travel memories.

I am really kind of disappointed. I was hoping the different countries/states would be able to be scratched off but instead it's just the entire continent to scratch off so in my case, this is a valentines day gift, my fiancé will have to try and figure out where each place he has been to is to scratch it off. A really cool idea but could use more detail and more product description.

I love this! always look forward to coming back from trips to scratch it off ad have a visual representation and motivation. it has stayed intact and doesn't scratch off when you don't want it to and it comes off in different colors. its also clearly marked and easy to use.

I love this map! I read a lot of reviews before buying it. Totally worse the money. It comes with this little scratch tool which makes it so easy to scratch and open new places. Now I will have to travel more often.High quality and really easy to use. I would definitely recommend it as a gift for people who loves to travel. You don't even need a gift wrap. It comes in this beautiful tube and looks really cool and expensive.

Therefore, if you are looking for an original gift, then this map is ideal. The map comes with a scratcher. It scratches well, but I suggest not to push too hard so you don't damage the map.
