I had this exact perch before at my last house but when I moved I didn’t bring it with me. So, I just got around to finally getting one since my older cats have passed and my youngest is now the only and he’s been lonely. The first time he got in the seat he was in heaven. He hasn’t left it minus getting food, going to the potty, and cuddling at bedtime (and that’s even getting scarce).He’s a bit of a chonker at 14lbs and we’ve had no issues with it holding him. I also have an ac window unit so it’s up a bit higher (he jumps onto my desk which is under the window) and then onto the seat, without any problems.Easy to install. The pad that’s included is soft and comfy. Great quality.

I purchased three of these shelves to replace three other type of shelves that have reached their end life. The three shelves are installed in one bay window where our cats love to lounge. Great product ,great stability, super suction on the suction cups..... our cats LOVE THEM.....However, the cable supports that come with these shelves are a bit long .This was not a problem when I placed the first two shelves in the single bay window. However, with the third window I need to shorten the cables in order to place it in the single bay window , along with teh other two...any ideas?UPDATE: the seller was an enormous help and most receptive in their responses in assisting in shortening the cable supports to fit the window adequately.

My cats love to perch and look out my bay window, but I like to keep plants on the ledge, so I was conflicted about moving the plants. Adding a window hammock was the perfect solution!I honestly wasn’t sure if this product would even work for me because my house doesn’t have any traditional vertical windows. The bay window is the only one that isn’t a casement or horizontal slider, so this is the only window that could’ve MAYBE worked for the product. I’m pleasantly surprised that it works really well on a bay window, despite the slight angles involved. We’ve also had no issue closing our pull-down blinds at night, by taking the two T-shape tube joints out of the bottom suction cups and letting the bed hang by the top cups.The suction cups all seem super strong and my larger cat spent a solid 4+ hours lounging on the hammock this afternoon and it seemed sturdy!I will mention - the instructions say to soak the bottom suction cups in hot water for a few minutes before applying to the window, so I did. However, that made it very difficult to insert the suction cup ends into the “T” PVC joints of the bed, because I think the plastic expanded from the heat. So just something to note! Now that they’re attached to the window and staying there, I’ve had no problems getting the suction cups in and out of the T joints and they fit snug but not too tight.Great product and I plan to order another so each cat can have their own!

Setting it up was EASY!The only issue I ran into was the plastic knobs that screw into the suctions caps are a little on the weak side when it comes to the threads. Over a few days one of them start to just pop off at random causing the suction cup to fall off (the single suction cup would hold it up). I used a metal nut with wings to replace the plastic one and there hasnt been an issue since.For the price its not bad!

My boy Wayne absolutely loves this thing and spends all his time there. It is durable and easy to install.

My cat loved it and it held up great for 2 months. But now the white suction cups won't stay on. One came off last week and I had issues getting it to stick. The box only came with 3 white cups (not 4 which would make more sense) and since replacing the one that side has been fine. But once I replaced it the other white cup won't stay put. I've cleaned the window and the cup buy still to no avail, and I didn't have a 2nd replacement cup to fix it.Just be aware if buying this product

This is the coolest perch for our babies!So easy to set up and they both love it!Easily hold both of our babies which is about 20#, but this one hogs it most of the day🐾💙They love to sit and look out the window at the critters in the yard or just nap.Would definitely recommend!
