3 Sprouts Large Toy Storage Basket - Durable Kids & Baby Toy Bin with Handles for Toy Basket Storage, Round Hamper for Laundry in Nursery & Playroom, Panda

Let me start off by saying I also have the charming pink elephant Sprouts Storage Bin, which is why I bought this second one of the fox. These are designed like oversized canvas tote bags but without handles (I actually wish they had handles because they'd be easier to move when filled with stuff), so can be easily folded to store. Made of nice off-white color thick canvas, with a plastic-lined interior, grosgrain ribbon stitched around the top, and the dark orangy-red (looks red in the photos on Amazon, but really is a dark orange-red color) fox whose design is made up of pieces of white, black, and orange-red felt machine stitched on. (The only negative with this is you probably should never try to wash it because the felt - who knows if the colors would bleed or if the he felt would shrink, if wet - but you can easily wipe the plastic lined interior.) Just like a tote, this is soft sided (which might be a negative for some people based on a few reviews I read online), but the canvas is thick and a bit stiff with the plastic-lining giving it more sturdiness - the plastic interior is heat-sealed to the fabric on the inside so it is literally coated on and part of the fabric. Calling it a "bin" may be a bit misleading for some people as that term seems to imply something more structured and solid when it really resembles an oversized canvas tote but without handles, but I suppose the large size and depth to it is why Sprouts choose this description. It is incredibly spacious so I use it to hide away unsightly things I need to store (you could stack small boxes in it, or blankets or clothes, or use it for saving shopping bags, or children's stuffed animals, etc.) l really love the charming design of the fox which looks exactly just like the photo, but again, please be aware it is not a dark red (I thought it was when I ordered it and was a bit disappointed it wasn't as I have a some dark cherry red furnishings and it doesn't match them), but a type of dark orange with dark red in it, hence my calling it a dark orange-red (I honestly don't know what you'd call this color.) I don't have kids but just find the fox (and the pink elephant Sprouts Bin as well) very charming to have in my apartment to store unsightly things. Really love them both. Quality made product. Would buy again - and I did when I bought the fox bin after having bought the pink elephant (the elephant's also available in blue - I think one of the only animals available in more than one color). Comes in a few other animal designs.

Adult hampers are too large, baby hampers are too small. Even though these are geared more for kids, my pre-teen lovers her hamper. It is just the right size for her to manage. She is gaining independence and likes helping with her own clothes. This hamper is sized right for her to manage full - and when it is full it is not an overwhelming amount of clothes to deal with. The brand is known for being high quality and this doesn't disappoint. The outer canvas is sturdy and the hamper holds it shape when empty. The inside is lined in a clear coat so if clothes are a little more dirty than expected this can be shaken out or even wiped down and it comes clean immediately. Just buy it, it is the right size and the animals on the outside are charming!

I bought this for my son's room as part of a redecorating project. His room was somewhat baby-ish in style and he's at an age (nearly 7) where he's wanting to move away from that although I'm not ready for him to be too grown up just yet either. Initially, I wasn't sure what I would use it for, but I did know that I wanted orange as an accent color, and I thought this would keep some of that little boy feel without being too much little boy. It's made out of a heavy canvas and seems very sturdy. Also, it's quite large. I didn't pay much attention to the dimensions (my fault) so when it arrived, I was surprised by the size and wasn't sure I still wanted it. It's so big, my son could sit down and put it over his head and hide. In the end, I was glad to have it. I used it for all his super-hero costumes and similar stuffs. It's plenty big to hold everything -- he's got about 20+ costumes plus accessories to go with them. And the pop of orange is perfect. My only complaint is that a small part of the fox wasn't stitched to the bag properly. This doesn't affect usage at all and no one notices unless I point it out. It was probably just a manufacturing glitch -- those things happen sometimes -- but it annoys my OCD. This little issue didn't affect my rating (but if I could give it 4.5 stars, I would because of it). Other reviews have indicated problems with the bin falling over or having smelly plastic, but I do not have either issue. This bin has no problems staying upright and does not have a weird smell. All-in-all, I'm very pleased with this purchase. It's a great size, it's sturdy, the color is perfect for the room, I love the fox, and my son likes it, too. I would definitely buy another of these.

let me start by saying these storage bins are excellent value! I was very pleasantly surprised when my Dinosaur storage bin arrived. It was much larger than anticipated (It's bigger than it appears in photos) and the quality is a LOT higher than expected for the price. It's a heavy duty fabric, the inside is lined with a wipe-clean material. The outside however is a bit harder to clean and mine has gotten a few marks in a relatively short time that I haven't been able to clean off, hence why I've deducted a star. I purchased it to store my son's burgeoning Lego collection and it's proving ideal for this purpose. The storage bin did arrive flat-packed so at first the sides were a bit unruly and were prone to collapsing, but after a few days it's structure settles a bit and I haven't had any further problems with the stability. Keep in mind my storage bin is only 1/3 full, so it's able to support it's own weight pretty well! I do have a 5 year old, so he's not constantly pulling on the sides like a toddler would. The sides are quite high so I think it's perfect for a 4-6 year old kid.

I have the hippo version of this that I got for my daughter. I got this one for my younger son as he has now accumulated a ton of toys that no longer fit in his tiny little toy bins I got him. I also wanted to get a "matching" toy bin for him of the same brand so it wouldn't look so messy in our living room. These are attractive and simple and that makes things look much neater and organized. I like the animals on it as well as they are very cute. These are a great size too, I think without looking at the dimensions, it is hard to judge the size from a picture. It holds a LOT of toys. I am able to somewhat keep their toys separated so that the baby toys are in one and the bigger kid toys are in the other, although of course with kids they get mixed up.. I love all the 3 sprouts products that I have had so far. I think the style is perfect for my tastes as they are very attractive, well made and sturdy products for kids. I would highly recommend this storage bin.

Love this bin! It is much bigger than the pics make it look. It stands up on its own, even though it is entirely fabric. This was the last thing I bought to organize DD'S room. She has the toy bins on shelves ( to sort her barbies, dinos, ponys, etc.), a 6 block cube organizer (for books, coloring, etc.), and this 3 sprouts bin for random larger items that don't teally fit in a small bin (stuffed animals, pompoms, etc.) This bin makes her room look very stylish. She loves the elephant and picked it out. A great buy for the $$ and so far seems very durable and does not collect dirt. It it pictured right next to a cube organizer (a 6 cube on its side) so you can see how big it is: holds a lot of toys but doesn't take up too much room.

We are using it as a laundry basket on our boy’s nursey. I love the quality, design and bright colors. It has handles on the side. Tip: leave a blanket inside for a few days to take shape.

This is a glorified canvas bag, not a BIN as described. Neither does it stand upright, nor does it hold its shape unless stuffed full. Although the stitched on motifs are great, it's too expensive for what it is. Returning.

J'aime la qualité du produit dans son ensemble la largeur conséquente du panier (c'est simple j'ai rangé tous ses jouets qui étaient contenus dans 2 sacs cabas du célèbre supermarché) et il reste encore un peu de place le tissu intérieur est plastifié, il y a 2 poignées sur chaque côté qui permettent de transporter le sac dans se faire mal au dos et sans renverser les jouets il tient droit sur le sol, il ne penche pas Il rend vraiment bien dans la chambre de mon fils et cela change des rangements classiques, j'ai eu le coup de coeur pour le motif que l'on voit peu dans le monde de l'enfance (c'est mon avis, j'adore les requins) ayant acheté un sac isotherme de cette même marque, du coup je n'étais pas inquiète sur la qualité du produit
