Absolutely beautiful keepsake ornament! It came customized as requested and delivery was prompt! We ordered two, one for us to keep and one to give to our baby when he gets his own tree later in life. Would purchase this over and over for family and friends!

My husband commented on the quality as soon as he opened the box. Very nice craftsmanship and worth the wait. We ordered one for our son’s first Christmas this year. It didn’t come until much later due to delays with USPS, but the seller shipped the item in a timely fashion and was very professional and quick to respond when contacted about the delay. A very nice keepsake worth the money!

I liked that we were able to add our own text, but would have preferred if it had been on one of the sides instead of the bottom square. Still, it's a very nice piece, and will make a lovely keepsake!
