This is an excellent melatonin. Liw dose works best for me. I used to use the TJ peppermint .5mg but they stopped making them. Higher doses have an opposite effect on me. I find that a lot of supplements also have nothing or too much supplement or sugar. 1 mg can be clipped into halves or honestly, it works easily as a 1mg tablet. It dissolves quickly , is peppermint but not sugary, and it is an excellent product. I also like source naturals, but these are less expensive and the dose option for lower is appreciated.

I’ve taken many different brands of melatonin and by far this is the most effective for me and my entire family. I was taking the 3mg and switched to 5mg and it allows us to take less at a time and lasts for a really long time. I’ve been using these for a few months and they are terrific. They taste like peppermint and dissolve under the tongue. Within about 15 minutes I’m sound asleep for the night. I wake up refreshed. I recommend you start with 3 mg, as you probably won’t need anything stronger.

Helps to fall asleep

I am an 80-year-old male in good health and I usually have no trouble getting to sleep. However, when a rare moment of unrest is causing me trouble getting to sleep, I resort to Melatonin. It works every time, and I am grateful. I keep a bottle of Melatonin by Natural Factors Melatonin handy and can highly recommend it.

I decided to try this brand melatonin as the price is reasonable, and brand appears to be a decent quality. I do not like that they taste like peppermint, ugh! And I would like a melatonin supplement without artificial sweeteners also.

Being a retired RN, this product works very well you can take it right before you go sleep(. 1 or 2) and you will go to sleep within 30 minutes. You wake up in the morning without feeling hung over. Take it at least 8hrs when you know it will be out of your system. Start with one tablet. I can say it is safe for Seniors. Don’t take it every night. It helps your natural sleep kick in. I wouldn’t recommend anything for prolonged use.
