This item fit great on my 2006 Honda Civic. The quality is good material, and the mirror is crystal clear.

Game changer, OEM mirror faded and discolored. Replaced with this unit, and it works very well. Took only 30 seconds to switch out. Follow instructions. The price was reasonable. What a difference a new mirror makes.

As others reviews mentioned, it's not the OEM Honda mirror, which was made by Magna. And t's not an exact replica, but it's a very adequate alternate. I would give it 5 stars except for the misleading "genuine OEM" claim in the listing. As of time of installation, this appears to be an excellent value. It's so nice to have a new mirror without distracting corrosion around the edges! I expect this will last the remainder of the life of the vehicle. It's a little more oval than the original, and not as thick, but no one would notice those differences. The day/night lever doesn't feel as "snappy" as the original, but not a deal breaker, and I don't use that very often. This fit 2006 Honda Pilot EX-LN, twist-clicking onto the windshield cleat just like the original mirror. I like not having to deal with gluing a new cleat on the glass, and hoping it stays more then a few weeks. I don't think this would fit a Honda or Acura with the electronic auto-darkening rear view mirror, which uses a slide-on cleat rather than a twist-on.
