Gravel root works!
My husband uses gravel root for feet pain. He has used it for several years. When he quits for awhile the pain returns. When he takes it, the pain gets better.

It's not recommended for internal use per their directions.
Directions on website say "doesn't recommended for internal use." Directions on back of bottle says "Suggested for external use only." So how exactly am I supposed to use it? Returned.

Has anyone actually ingested this product, or any gravel root before?
This product on the amazon website says to drink with water, like the other Hawaii Pharm products.. but the bottle says "For External Use Only" .. so what gives????Very confusing and unhelpful
