Nordic WarePlatinum Holiday Wreath Bundt Pan

It is very pretty, and I am really going to enjoy using it during the holiday.

My wife doesn't do a ton of baking (I'm really the kitchen person in our family), but the one thing she does expertly bake every holiday is a pumpkin-chocolate Bundt cake. We've been using a flimsy stamped Walmart-brand Bundt pan for the last 15+ years, so I thought it was finally time to upgrade to a pan worthy of the cake. I'm giving it to her for Christmas, so we haven't had a chance to bake in it yet, but it's incredibly solid and weighty, and the interior non-stick coating seems like it'll release easily for the cake. I'm excited to eventually get to use this.UPDATE: it’s a year later and she’s had a chance to bake with the pan. It worked so well! And the cake cooked so much more evenly! Couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Very nice Bundt pan. I have a couple of Nordic Ware Bundt molds and they are the best! Made very well and nice designs. More expensive than others but you get what you pay for. I made this mold for 2 different Christmas gatherings and it was a hit both times. I decorated it for one and I had a little bit of an icing malfunction but I got lots of compliments on it. Make sure to use Baker’s Joy spray and don’t leave it in the mold for too long and it will release beautifully! It is a one occasion (Christmas) Bundt pan so you have to decide if it’s worth buying or not. Amazon has the best price I’ve seen and got it to me with really fast shipping in time for Christmas so I went for it. I recommend.

Nordicware products are all well made. This one has a lovely design with lots of detail and yet the bundt cake comes out without sticking after baking. I suspect I will be handing this pan down for generations to come.

I’m a novice and rather impatient baker, so while this appeared to be something I’d like, I didn’t hold out much hope for a successful “bake”. I started with a box cake mix (made exactly as listed on the box; 325 deg/40 mins), so that I wouldn’t ruin an ingredient- and time-intensive effort. I used a generous amount of Baker’s Joy and after cooling upright on a wire rack for 15 mins - it slipped right out - every nook and cranny sharply detailed. And since it left not a crumb behind, cleanup was a breeze. I sprinkled powered sugar which was lovely. Needed more flavor for a white cake mix, so then glazed as well - still lovely. Forgot to take pics of the sugar and glaze. Very heavy duty pan.

I love my Nordic Ware Bundt Pans! I started with one and I got addicted to the different designs so now I have 8.Keep in mind, this will be a smaller cake.A lot of people are saying it’s hard to remove the cake and it’s hard to clean. If you use Baker’s Joy baking spray before you put your batter in it the cake will easily slide out.Cleaning is not that bad, let the pan soak in water and dish soap for 10 minutes, then use the spray option in your kitchen faucet to rinse then cleaning is a breeze. I follow up with the sponge and soap as well to clean the inside and out.I am not an expert in baking but through the months I revised my recipes to make it my own and the designs of Nordic Ware Bundt pans made a lot of difference.

It comes out perfectly like the pattern on the pan. Make sure to grease the pan first. As always, wait 10 to 15 minutes before removing from the pan.The grooves are pretty circular and smooth so cleaning isn't nearly as bad as some other Nordic Ware pans.Don't use powdered sugar as a topping on this one as it erases a lot of the definition. I would recommend a thin glaze.

É a minha primeira forma da nordic que é sinônimo de qualidade!Solta facilmente da forma , pois ela é bem lisinha por dentro deixando assim sem nenhuma dificuldade.Enquanto a entrega foi um pouco demorada mas devido a minha região mesmo. Mas no geral ,não tenho nada de negativo a falar e não me arrependo de pagar caro nessa forma e no frete, né gente? Pois o frete saiu a metade do valor da forma....sério podia ser um pouco menor,nas enfim amei a minha forma!

È una forma per ciambella natalizia a forma di fiocco molto robusta di Nordic Ware è molto bella molto resistente e facile da lavare io la consiglio perché mi trovo benissimo fa una bella forma natalizia consigliatissima

Ya preparé un pastel quedo bonito pero no lo veo muy formado probaré con otra receta por que el de zanahoria no me gusto como queda

Ich bin begeistert. Das ist eine tolle weihnachtliche Backform für Teigmengen, die ca. 300 g Mehl beinhalten, dafür passe ich die Rezepte von diversen Rühr- bzw. Kastenkuchen an. Ein Ausmehlen der Backform war bisher nicht nötig, der Einsatz von Backtrennspray reichte aus. Nach dem Backen 15 bis 20 Minuten auskühlen lassen und der Kuchen löst sich prima beim Stürzen aus seiner Form. Siehe Bilder. Ein einfaches Reinigen in heißem Spülwasser reicht aus und wird für die langanhaltende Qualität vom Hersteller empfohlen. Klare Kaufempfehlung von mir.
