Does a good job of holding my kitchen rugs in place on the vinyl flooring. Makes the area much safer. Easy to cut into smaller sizes. Not very thick, so rug still fits under the door. Minor complaint: the rug at the doorway tends to shift off the pad an inch every few days and has to be re-centered. Still, a vast improvement over the way it used to slide around. Unexpected benefit: Pad holds rugs in place when swept with the mini-vac. Should have bought this a long time ago.

I purchased this pad to put under a sisal rug on my wood floor. I had previously purchased another pad which I believe was made of PVC. The PVC pad had a horrible chemical smell, even after being aired out for a week! So I purchased this pad instead and am very happy I did so.When I opened the package on this pad there was a faint, rubber-band like smell which dissipated in a couple of hours. The pad has been in place for two months and so far I haven't seen any evidence of marking or residue from the pad.The pad is not very thick, but it does add a bit of cushioning under the sisal rug and will no doubt help keep the floor warmer this winter as well.If you have chemical sensitivities, as I do, I recommend this pad.

I got this product to prevent the corners of my rug from pealing up and getting caught in the door. It didn't do the trick unfortunately, and I purchased something else

It does exactly what it is supposed to. I have a flokati rug and was concerned my husband would fall. We put the rug pad down and now the rug doesn't budge. It was also easy to cut it down to the size I needed.

Exactly what I was looking for, it does a good job of kepeing my rug from sliding around on a slate floor. Dimensions were as-advertised, it fits perfectly under my rug.

This does nothing it says it will do. It doesn't stay in place on the floor nor does it hold the rug in place. Invest in a better-quality rug pad - I wish I had!
