These are inexpensive Emitters that that perform exactly as described. I used a heating gun, set a low, to soften the tubing prior to connecting to the emitter and it slid on easily. It is impossible to get the tubing connected without softening the tubing with heat. I prepared the 1/4inch tubing with emitter in my garage prior to bringing them outside to connect to the main supply tubing. The key is using the heating gun for a few seconds. Hot water did not soften the tubing adequately.

To those who had difficulty installing the flange into the 1/4" tubing, yes the metric tip is larger than normal, but I found that besides heating up the tubing, if you take a piece of sandpaper and sand off a little bit of the widest part of the flange and add a couple drops of 3in1 oil to the flange, then they go on much easier. Yes, it takes a couple extra minutes, but sure saved me a ton of frustration, and it worked great for me.The spray pattern is awesome and works well with the pressure in my system. I use them for several different width areas with great results. For those who have too much pressure, you may try partly closing down the zone valve, which will at least restrict the flow of water to the heads. Just some thoughts.

The nozzle that goed into the 1/4 inch tubing had a very wide flange which makes it extremely difficult to install. The instructions mentions softening the tubing by placing in warm water prior to installation -BUT -if replacing a irrigation piece in middle of garden there is no easy way to do this. nd if you have several to install takes unreasonable effort. Also while trying to force item onto= tube I broke 1 of 4 of the connections-of on the stake while attempting to install advice.. Came up with a workaround -Put the pointed end of the stake into the 1/4 in. tube a bit and turn it to widen the end. Then this item is earlier to install. Granted the wider flange will keep tubing from slipping off - and harder to remove but...Considering the low per item cost of these stakes I guess the inconvenience may be worth it. I bought a pack of 60 so doubt if i ever will have to buy more. If needed would probably not buy this again.

I get a few busted knuckles trying to get these hooked up, BUT they are so much cheaper and work really well once they are set up. For me, with the garden I have, they are worth the struggle, but I can see how for many it wouldn't be worth the cuts.

It's always a chance ordering things like this online. I was not disappointed. These sprayers are exactly what I needed. The individual emitters are adjustable and have been holding up well. Shipping was in time. I recommend this company and product.

Easy set up & would definitely recommend!

These are trash. One out of 60 worked to let water through-no big fan and the rest did not let water pass through! I did attempt adjusting them and I’m familiar with these but this off brand is junk. I just wasted a lot of time assembling a big area with these junk parts! So upset! Now amazon wants me to return them. More work... and I’ll go order name brand parts again.

I like the spray pattern for this one, instead of shooting an upward fountain it shoots more sideways covering more ground.
