With the arm sleeves you can 'shimmy' the massage up and down your back more easily and i'm not stretching my arms into an uncomfortable position. **Q: Does it come with a storage bag?** A: Dear customer, it doesn't come with a storage bag. **Q: I see this has a cord but is it also wireless ( some are both just wondering if this one is too) thanks?** A: No, this one is not wireless. It must be plugged in to use. **Q: How warm does the heat function get?** A: The heating temperature of neck massager can reach 118Β°F. Of course, many factors will influence the actual temperature, like the weather.
