The BBQ Chef Wine Infused Cedar Grilling Plank Variety, Pack of 4 (2 of Each)

During the summer, we grill out all the time, and we LOVE to do salmon and veggies on the grill. We have used cedar planks in the past and loved it, but these wine-infused planks were a special treat and we were able to use them several times. We seasoned the meat but didn't use a marinade so that it would soak up the wine and cedar flavor. Loved it!Would definitely order again!

The grilling planks are just that, typical grilling planks. No flavour added to the salmon we cooked; nothing special, pure marketing (in my opinion). They served the purpose and became kindling for the s'more fire at night.

These are advertised as being 35.9 x 22.2 x 2.2 cm. The width is just over 14 cm, and the depth refers to both planks when stacked - each plank is just over 1 cm thick. This would have a significant effect on the size of food you could grill.

Very good quality and tastes smoky like I wanted. Good price I think better than other places that I saw.

Forget it...no smell or taste of wine at all

Wr got the Chardonnay version.
