I use this while I watch TV just to get some more steps in during the day and it works great! The weather is so HOT in Houston that this is a great way to get in 10, 15, 30mins of extra steps without being outside. It is easy to store and quick to put away if I need to get it out of sight for company. It is great quality and I am very impressed with the quality and price. Highly recommend!

The best exercise is the type you can keep doing. I love rebounding/mini trampoline because it is fun and works! What caught my eye about the BCAN mini trampoline was price. It was around $80 with a coupon. This trampoline provides the right amount of firm bounce you need in order to do choreographed routines. Look them up on youtube (borapular). They are so much more fun than just bouncing up and down. You cannot move that fast with soft bounce trampolines (bigger springs or bungee cord). I've tried those and they feel like I'm jumping in quicksand. The softer bounce of other mini trampolines makes it impossible to follow along to the choreographed routines. I use the BCAN mini tramp daily and in 6-8 months some springs broke one by one and then the stitching on the mat that attaches to the spring became loose. I emailed the company at the address included in the warranty. They responded quickly and sent me new spirngs and a new mat. The frame is perfectly fine and I can't throw that away just because of springs/mat. Good thing it was still under the 1 yr warranty. Overall: Strong, light-weight frame. Springs and mat are not as sturdy as I would like when used regularly/daily, but both are easy to replace. The bounce is firm, which is needed for fun, choreographed routines. The customer service was excellent. I felt like they cared about my satisfaction. For that, they deserve 4 stars! UPDATE Mar 2, 2024: A few more springs broke (now over half of the springs have been replaced). I don't know if it's because I use it almost daily for about 45 min or if the springs on my original unit were defective. I am 2 months shy of the warranty expiring. I contacted BCAN Customer Service via email with my complaint and they sent me a BRAND NEW trampoline! This company stands behind their product. I am so impressed! The BCAN 38" mini tramp exceeds what I expected for the price. Although I had the inconvenience of replacing the springs/mat, receiving a replacement forgives that. For this level of service, I must now give BCAN the 5 Stars they earned from me. Thank you BCAN! I will be a repeat customer. Update Dec 14, 2025: I am still using the trampoline I bought more than 2 yrs ago. I love the firm bounce. Because I use it so much, I've had to replace multiple springs, which BCAN provided through email customer service inquiry. I am very satisfied and would purchase again if an irreplaceable part broke.

This trampoline gets lots of use from my kids. It has held up very well when compared to two others we tried and didn’t like. One of the others had spring issues and the center piece got all stretched out and saggy. This one was perfect until it was about 3.5 months old, then it broke four springs. BCAN replied to my inquiry and sent some replacement springs. Overall, it was a good purchase. The cheaper model with the 300 lb. max rating typically lasts about 3 months if it is getting used every day. I ended up getting a complete replacement when my first one wore out in 3 months. The replacement also lasted about 3 months. I upgraded to the more expensive 450 lb. max rating and it has been good. It has quieter bungee springs which I like. The only complaint about the more expensive one is the straps that keep the mat from popping up and looking all ghetto tear from the mat really easily. I contacted BCAN and they took care of me. Good company to work with.

I’m on my third rebounder, different brands. I just received this one from Amazon, but I can tell it’s the best of the lot. Very sturdy, VERY quiet (at least upon assembly and some use) in comparison to the other two. I wouldn’t suggest a little old lady put it together, it takes some muscle to lock it into position (I’m a medium-sized old lady). Good instructions. Can’t beat the price for what I got. Very happy - we’ll see how long it lasts. My last one was only good for 10 months with a lot of repairs. An update: after 3 months, traveling with it, and a lot of abuse from my grandchildren…this rebounder STILL doesn’t squeak like the other ones. I love it!

Easy to assemble and sturdy. My 15 year old son had this put together in under ten minutes. Was not difficult to open if you follow the advice of kneeling on one side while pushing down on the other as image in the instruction booklet show. Solid, not noisy and doesn't slide or bounce during use. I wish they offered the larger size without the bar for a price cut, otherwise I wish I bought the 40 or 48 inch. Those couple inches would make it possible to do jumping jacks easier. The weights used with this so far have been about 112 lb and 140 lbs so far. Have not tried to fold it back up for storage so can't give review on that. Have only had this for a day, will update if my review changes.

So versatile! That’s my favorite thing about it - you can jump, jog, twist, box, kick…. Anything you can think of to keep moving. Second favorite thing is that it just gets me off the couch and moving, even if I start out just bouncing a little. It always turns into more. Super easy to put together seems very durable. Love it!

I purchased a trampoline on July 26, 2023, with the expectation of enjoying it for years to come, backed by a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, my experience with the product's warranty support has been extremely disappointing. On April 29th, 2024, I contacted the manufacturer via email to report that one of the springs on the trampoline had broken. This happened despite regular use; essentially, I am the only person using it, with a weight of 135 lbs, averaging 30 minutes about 4 times per week. Then, on May 8th, I followed up because another ring had broken. After nearly two weeks, I finally received a response on May 13th, offering potential resolutions. However, despite selecting my preferred resolution option promptly, I never received any further follow-up or action from the manufacturer. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting updates on the status of my warranty claim, but each attempt has been met with silence. Furthermore, the phone number provided online for customer support does not answer, leaving me feeling frustrated and unable to validate my warranty. Overall, while the trampoline itself may be of decent quality, the lack of effective warranty support and communication from the manufacturer has ruined my experience. I hope this review serves as a warning to potential buyers regarding the importance of reliable customer service when considering a purchase. I strongly urge the manufacturer to improve their communication channels and honor their warranty commitments to ensure customer satisfaction in the future.
