Review: Amazing - This chair is simply amazing! I was a bit skeptical about purchasing a gaming chair and then turning out not to be so great. I saw so many and read the reviews, but this one was the winner and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I was using a really old office chair that was killing my back and as a gamer, I wanted a gaming chair. -This chair is super comfortable, it has a nice pillow support for the back, that you can remove it if you need. -The neck support could be softer for my taste, but it still really good and comfortable. -Armrest amazing, they are firm but not plastic hard, they have a firm cushion to them and you can move them up and down and from side to side, but they don't dance around like some other gaming chairs that I read the review. -It's heavy and you need two people to assemble it, but it only shows that the materials are good quality and it's well made. Overall this chair is a the best option and it's well worth the money. I couldn't be happier!

A: Much more comfortable than expected. quality and price are also relatively good. I have used it for several months and basically use it for several hours a day.hope video below can help you

**Q: What is the difference between the Conquer series gaming chair and other chairs? Is the quality guaranteed?**
A: honestly, AutoFull is the best cost-effective one I used. The cheap chairs I bought before are of poor quality. SecretLab brand chairs are oveprice and more brand premium. People around me recommend AutoFull. If your budget is limited and have high requirements for quality, I personally recommend AutoFull

**Q: Is the air cylinder easy to break ? a little worried about it？**
A: It seemed pretty robust. 

I changed mine for a heavier duty one with longer "lift" as I'm 6'2" and 130Kg

**Q: I have a thick carpet with big under layer. I need wheels and a Base that will support my carpet and not break. Is this a good buy?**
A: The base is made of high-standard nylon which can bear up to 150kg. Casters are made of soft PU mute material which will not damage the floor and make no noise. In order to better help you understand the difference between materials, I hope this video can help you ,

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fabulous work!

Most of the fabric seems like very good quality materials, there's not a single missed stitch anywhere and it's very comfortable to sit on. The downer for me was they seem to have dropped the ball on this model, when it comes to the back cushion. Again, the stitching is admittedly perfect but the cover material itself, seems a bit cheap compared to all else, especially with the neck cushion having a proper cover. I'm probably going to make my own, additional cover for the back pillow, to make sure it's properly protected and that's disappointing for a premium chair. Also some of the assembly instruction wording is a bit odd but they are reasonably straightforward to follow. I would also add it's probably best to follow the recommended minimum of 2 people to construct the chair.
