Unique and smoky—perfect for food lovers and as a gift!
If you’re looking for a salt that stands out from the ordinary, the K-LAVA Salt—Korea’s No. 1 Bamboo Salt is it. I’ve tried a variety of salts over the years, but this one is on a whole new level with its intense smoky flavor. A little goes a long way, so you’ll want to use it sparingly, but wow, does it pack a punch. I’ve used it on chicken, seafood, pasta, and even steaks, and it gives everything that incredible woodsy, smoky flavor that you usually only get from grilling or smoking food. For steaks, I mix it with Greek seasoning and soy sauce—just a pinch of this salt added to the mix takes the flavor to a whole new level. Even when I cook indoors (stovetop or air fryer), this salt makes it taste like it’s fresh off the grill. One tip: I grind it a little finer in my spice grinder before using it. It’s easy to overdo it because the flavor is so bold, but with the right amount, it’s absolutely perfect—not too salty, just deeply flavorful. If you know someone who loves to cook or grill, this makes a fantastic gift, especially for the hard-to-shop-for person. It’s unique, high-quality, and an unexpected addition to any kitchen. Honestly, I’m kind of obsessed with this salt, and I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates bold flavors and premium ingredients.

Special kind of salt!!!
I saw documentary about this salt...how it's made and the extensive labor which why it's so expensive .... Of course I had to try it... I have to say -this salt hits the spot! It taste different, salty and savory in its own peculiar way, but I enjoy it. I do not cook or season my food with it.... I simply take a grain/s of salt and eat or dissolve it in my mouth, while satisfying my craving for something salty and savory. It's perfect that way! Besides there are tons of essential minerals in those salt crystals that does your body good! I likes!

Budgeting tastes
I did not realize I paid so much for such a small amount. The k-lava bamboo salt, however, is amazing. 👏🏾 🤩 🙀 😯 yum 😋

Does taste like eggs!
I really like this salt and it's my first time trying it, but I am selective about what I use it on because it does make your food taste eggy. I like it on chicken salad & egg dishes of course. It's great on deviled eggs or a little on a bagel. I don't typically use much salt on things, so this will last me awhile, but it's a nice enhancement, plus you get the mineral benefit from it.

Expected something else.
On YouTube the 9x process resulted in sea salt that looked like black glass chips. So being a foodie I had to try it. This is just off-white and taste like sea salt w/perhaps a hint of sulfur... if anything. Maybe it is what it is supposed to be but if you think your missing something magical, your not. At least not with this product.

Also known as Namak or Black salt?
This salt is very intense and probably is a form of salt known in India and other regions by various other names such as Namak or Black salt. This product is apparently very hand-made and a lot of attention given to the details of production so the added value could be there.

Too expensive for the quantity
The design for salt shaker case is nice, but I was surprised that the case is much smaller than I thought and the salt contained less than 1/2 of the bottle like joke. So, the price is too high.

Recommended for one’s overall health
It’s my 2nd order. These crystals are much larger than my first order, so one or two at a time are good to replenish minerals. Very salty taste, so use alone or in food . I will bring with me when I travel to a hit country as I tend to get dehydrated. Happy with purchase .

Import in EU schwierig
