It looks good is is simple to install. Just be aware that most of the ceilings are drywall and the drywall screws will not support a lot of weight. You can cut the steel wire to each desired length. Good looking well made product!

I ordered these to hang an infrared heater from my ceiling as the brackets I got with it are huge, and an eye sore. Its early days as I only installed them last night but its a huge improvement in visuals. The weight limit listed is max 15kg, my heaters probably just under 10, so far its still hanging, will see if the heat affects them at all but if everything stays the same, they are great. I would say getting the brass connector out of the housing prior to install was a pain as theres no easy way to do it, requires from friction twisting to unscrew it so would be better if they came unscrewed to start with.

Had to order replacement, missing screws. Don’t send back the original if you are missing parts. Wait for the replacement because it may also be missing parts, you’ll need to combine to get a complete kit. Then send back what’s left ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
