Very good. Belt is larger. It is made like for fitting from medium to larger size persons. Im larger size person and it is works efficient better than on comparing the belt prize. Sciatica pain is relieving from the first day of use. Good product. Need for better design during travel days.

Great product and easy to put into place. After wrapping the straps, this brace strengthens the groin muscle so that it makes walking less painful.

Worked for what I needed. In Korea immigration I had to remove it through security. Just one more thing as a seasoned traveller I had to fiddle with.

This isn't a cure-all, but you can feel the difference on the first step you take after putting it on. I have issues from L3 to S1 with bulging things, herniated things and sciatica and this helps a great deal. I have nerve pain in my buttock, the front of my thigh and down the outside of my leg all the way to my foot. This has helped with the pain in my buttock, hip and thigh and decreased the pain going down my leg to a flutter of nerve signals rather than lightning pain. It definitely helps me while sitting, walking and bending. I'm hoping I only need it temporarily, but I'm definitely happy to have it. It's good quality. I've only had it for a few days and see my dogs hair is collecting on the Velcro, so not sure how long before that becomes a problem. But, even if it does become a problem, I'm happy to buy a new one. It's definitely worth it.

I ordered this has i have pulled muscles in the top of my leg and into the groin area and butock, the physio said the muscles were very tight and to keep exercising, and to go back in 5 to 8 weeks if it doesn't improve. Well it's been 4 weeks and it's not getting any better and some days i can hardly walk it's so painful. I decided to try one of these, it is a little big for me but i put it as tight as I can and it seems to help me walk a bit better without limping, it also seems to ease the pain, I'm not saying it will cure it but it certainly helps me walk better. I will continue to use it until I can get to see the physio or a doctor again.
