Nicely made, large cutting board that can be used for all of your cooking needs. I use it for cutting fruits, vegetables and meat and fish and it works perfectly. Cleanup is easy - if using it for meat or fish, I just put it in the dishwasher. If using it for vegetables / fruit, a simple rinse under the tap suffices. There is no odor and the board is light enough to work as a "storage" surface when cooking as I can just dump the items that are cut straight into the cooking pot. I use both sides of the cutting board and yes, one can see the cut marks made by the knife but that is expected. It has withstood the multiple uses in the dishwasher and there is no warping of any kind. I expect it to last for years as it is well made and is inexpensive enough as a daily user. I normally place it on a towel as I have granite counter tops and this helps keep it in place when in use. The grooves along the sides help keep any juices or liquids on the cutting board instead of on the counter.

I bought the larger KitchenAid cutting board first & it literally took just one use to know I wanted the smaller one too. Both are great sizes. The color is more of a light blue (see attached pictures) than the one shown on the Amazon product page. Knives glide over the surface, making the task at hand easier. I have not noticed any dulling of my knives. These do not show cutting marks on them. I enclosed a picture of an old cutting board of mine (dark gray) that showed every cut I ever made on it. It looked 100 years old the first week. The KitchenAid ones look brand new. I love the drip tray. I toss mine in the dishwasher, but these could just as easily be handwashed. I purchased one for a granddaughter and she loves hers too. You should put these on your "MUST HAVE" list for yourself and GIFT list for others. You will be thrilled and so will they.

Perfect size but thinner than I expected. The non skid edges keep the board in place very well and the perimeter trench is a good depth. I don't plan to pound chicken breasts on it so it should be fine.

My spouse wanted something to cut raw meat on. I love the non-slip edges, and the liquid channel around the edges makes it easy not to splash meat juice on the counter. It is not hard to clean. I put it in the dishwasher and have had no problems. I only needed one, but it is nice to have two.

I bought this to replace an amazing Pampered Chef cutting board I've had for years that just needed to be replaced. I've had it about 2 weeks and use it almost daily. I'm disappointed in the cutting surface. Trying to cut up whole chicken, it feels like I'm cutting on glass. The meat just slides around. Cutting vegies is the same way, at least sweet potatoes etc. I will keep using it until I find a replacement. Disappointed though.

I love to use the smoker and grill. The trench thing keeps me from dripping juice all over the floor when I bring it back to the kitchen. I wish I knew about that years ago. It is great.

Muito bom produto, tamanho perfeito, não é muito pesado mas fica bem firme na pia e de fácil limpeza, não mancha. Pode ser usado nos dois lados. Recomendo.

Solid purchase. Good size, good weight, non slippery, sturdy and esy to clean. Dishwasher safe. I'd buy it again.
