Very pretty and great quality. Looks as pictured. So far I haven't noticed any change in migraine relief I also have very small fingers so it is slightly big and over laps on my thumb. My only reason for 3 stars is sizing and that I'm still having migraine. But for style and comfort of ring if it fit correctly I would wear it just for fashion

This pair of rings: one is really thick and heavy (the plain one) and the decorated one is a symmetrical floral design. I actually like the thick one for its heft and simplicity, but it's difficult (not impossible) to adjust. I am a size 7 ring finger, but the arthritis is on a middle and a ring finger. Ordered 9's. I have to wear these on fingers who are neighbors, and I found that it is more comfortable to wear the floral one next to a spiral adjustable type copper ring.I have no reason to doubt that these are 100% copper. I have had good luck using copper rings in the past, discomfort reduced by every day wear. It won't cure anything, but it does seem to supply a trace mineral and maybe the magnets help with blood; I don't know.

Just as expected. Solid and quality product. Noticed immediate benefit as pain in arthretic fingers subsided with use.
