This stuff works!!! I have acid reflux and have been working for years on it. Taking this plus adding some HCL supplements have doe an amazing job in just a few short weeks. Just so you know, if you are over 40 and have reflux chances are your problem is too LITTLE stomach acid, not too much. I have been battling an ulcer caused by h pylori. This was highly recommend to help heal my stomach lining esp since I was struggling with nausea so bad and pills were hard to take. The good: it totally helped heal my stomach lining and I was pain free in 4 days. Amazing. I was feeling great actually all throughout the entire day... except The Bad: at night, shortly after my 2nd dose I got terrible heartburn every night while using this. My ND said 100% it's the xylitol which WELL known for heartburn, gas, bloating... all side effects I was already suffering with because of h pylori and exacerbated by the xylitol. Why any digestive aid supplement would have any such sweetener in it just baffles me. So, I only do 1 dose in the am and use a different brand that's a capsule in the PM. Coming leaps and bounds now. Remove the sweetener and it'll get 5 stars because my pain and signs of internal bleeding are gone. But the heartburn for night after night was AWFUL!

I bought these for my zinc deficient kids. We have not had them retested since taking these, but the kids love them. They taste good and the texture is good. Hopefully their tests improve
