Good taste but nutritionally poor
On comparing the nutritional breakdown of this protein powder to my usual brand (PHD) I was surprised to see how high the carbohydrates and how low the protein was when the numbers were side by side.Per 100g this has 20g/carbs and 66g/protein compared with 5.5g/carbs and 78g/protein, these factors are really important as I have to pay attention to carbs being diabetic, and given it's a protein powder you'd expect a decent amount of protein.So while the packaging is nice (if not excessive) and it tastes and blends really well, nutritionally it's pretty bad—for my needs at least.

I that kind of person who buy protein powder, but never fish. However, with this one, it was different. I bought, enjoyed and finished all of it.In less than a month, of course combined with lifting heavy, I got 3 kgs of muscle. I’m very surprised.I will buy and recommend it to all my friends.
