yes, it say "Split" in the title and in the bullets "split tubing"

Q: Is this 2” id or od? need to wrap 2” hose

all measurements are on the page under "About this item" The 2" size = (1.89" ID / 2.146" OD) | Wall Thickness: 0.02". There is no size option that will fit your 2" hose. You will have to use a different product.

Q: It work with wires on the car engine ?

It can work in the car engine bay... but the closer you get to the hot side of the engine (header, turbo, down pipe, etc) it item can melt, so everywhere not next to those areas.
