A little hard but if you smash them around they soften up. Not impressed but they are individually wrapped. I have a texture issue a well.

These are extremely expensive!!! Pay attention to the quantity if you decide to order these! It won't let me return them either!! I am extremely disappointed in this product! They better be the best caramels that I have ever tasted for this price!

Definitely not Kraft caramels
Hmmmm. A little stale but the taste was not Kraft and I think they were a little smaller. They’re not terrible but will try a different one next time
