I bought a new pill organizer to.replace very old one. Exactly the same quality, same sturdiness. Only difference is the size. Significantly smaller, but still holds all medications and 4 large vitamins. Room to spare. Actually, I might come to like this better than the original.

I've used quite a few pill containers and this is one of my favorites! *Lids open easily, but not too easily. *Large capacity. *Different colors for night and day makes it easy to distinguish AM from PM (could be especially helpful with elderly). *Nice to have morning and evening vitamins in one container. I got one of these to try out and now I'm going to go order 3 more so I can sort my pills only once a month!

I’ve had many others but this organizer is my favorite. The size fits my needs, it’s strong for travel. There’s no mistaking day and night. The lids stay shut open well. Unless something unfortunate happens, when the time comes I’ll purchase another like this one.

I've gotten by with cheap dispensers off eBay for years, two of them, one for morning and one for night. But the older I get, the more and bigger pills I seem to need. This one caught my eye with the night/day compartments and looking slightly classier than all the cheap-looking others (I considered an item that looked even more posh that had each day separated into a different tiny carrying case for day trips (which I never take), but can you imagine the work it would take to fill that?) This one is on the bulkier side, but I need that for my big pills. I do like the night/day and days of the week labels, also as I get older the days seem to run together (I'm only 53!) The compartments are very roomy and I could probably fit twice as many pills as I need. The doors seem sturdy and definitely snap closed smartly. The material is very thick plastic, definitely a few steps above my old dispensers. My one complaint, and it's minor, is the plastic is slightly rubbery and actually grips any pills with a gelatin-like coating so they can't be dumped out. Maybe this will get better over time. It's not a huge deal and not a deal-breaker. I'm glad I spent a little more for this unit.

Only having filled this yesterday I am very satisfied with this medicine box as a replacement for others that eventually break (the "door" breaks off the compartments). These "doors" have a snug snap that makes it seem very secure, something else not true of others I've bought (and I don't mean at the dollar stores) but rather at pharmacies. So, for now I am very pleased with it. I depend on it to keep my meds. organized for the week and to confirm that I have indeed taken all of them each day. And I am not yet a very old senior.

Most other pill organizers are color coded by day of the week, which makes absolutely no sense. Worse, that can lead to accidentally taking AM pills instead of PM, and vice versa. This pill organizer is instead designed in a way that makes perfect sense. With its black and white lids, there’s no mistaking AM and PM doses at a glance. It’s mid-sized, but there’s plenty of room in each compartment without taking up a lot of overall space. The lids close securely, with a satisfying “snap”. I’ve read a few reviewer complaints about AM/PM being printed on “backwards”. Well, of course the printing is in opposite directions. Otherwise, it would be be upside-down when the tray is rotated, which I’m sure most people do to avoid the covers interfering with access to their compartment’s respective contents. The only thing I dislike is the fact the covers aren’t on hinges, so they’ll likely break off eventually. Even so, at this price it’s an item that’s certainly not going to break the bank to replace if and when they do.

Good quality organizer. Perfect size for what we needed. Got for our older dogs meds so we could make them ahead and keep track when he's had them since he has to have them morning and night. We don't have to ask "hey has anyone gave him his meds yet" they are ready to go and help with any confusion about if or when he's had them. Makes everyones life a little easier and our morning and nights run smoothly.

The best pill organiser available. Large day and night sections for each day. Easy to see and use. Great buy.

This is my favourite pill organiser! Fits all my medications. Because I take all my meds in the morning I actually use the “night” side as another mon-sun so I have 2 weeks worth organiser which is very convenient for me.
