I really like this! I have fissures created by chaffing in some areas of my poor crippled body. It can be difficult to get them clean without breaking them open again when I wash with a wash rag, soap and water. Soap and water also tends to dry out the skin in these areas which does not help the problem. I started using this wound cleanser with some soft gauze pads (also purchased on Amazon) and am very pleased with the results. It is more gentle to my skin than the soap and comes off easily, no rinsing required, simply pat dry. Since I so I am not rinsing to get all the soap off, I am not causing them to break open every time I wash so they are finally starting to heal! When there is an open spot, it stings a little but not much and not for long. The fissures and the area around them were becoming rough and bumpy and itched frequently but now they are healing smoothly, no more lumpy, bumpy areas. The itching has subsided, too. It is easy to use. It's unscented. The trigger top allows me to adjust to a spray or stream depending on what area I am cleaning. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it! Update January 26,2026 Skintegrity Wound Cleanser is now an item we always keep on hand in our first aid kit. I continue to rely on it for my various irritated areas, including dangerous pressure spots, and since I now start using this immediately, on day one of the sore appearing, the area stays clean no matter how much rubbing and chaffing is occurring. I use the Skintegrity Wound Cleanser daily then apply a medicated balm and the area heals over smoothy, no more lumpy, bumpy areas of healed areas! It is so easy to use, just spray then wipe gently or pat dry with soft gauze or cloth. Other family members have used it, too, and also find that their wounds healed faster and resulted in a healed area that's smoother and less noticeable because using this cleanser cleaned out any debris and 'yuck' daily. Clean wounds heal over more smoothly but sometimes just washing the wound with soap and water reopens the wound because you have to wipe/rinse enough to get all of the soap off. This cleanser does not need to be rinsed off so that is not an issue any more. Our family loves Skintegrity and highly recommend it.

I was getting worried that my wound wasn't healing well with antibiotic ointment, so I tried Skintegrity. Within a day, I was well on my way to recovery. This product worked better than advertised.

Great product, long lasting and perfect to heal any kinds of rash

This morning 2/15 I decided to figure out how to get the stuff out of the bottle so I could see if it would help. So after trying over and over all kinds of different ways to get the sprayer to work or take the cap totally off, I decided to punture a hole in the side of the bottle. I wish I thought of this way sooner. So I took a small paring knife and poked a hole in the side of the bottle where it felt the softest. I squeezed all of it out into a brand new plastic food container. Then I began to use it and couldn't believe my eyes. This stuff was like using magic. It kind of foamed up a bit and all the nasty crap around my wound was just disappering. I have been buying and using all different kinds of goop in an attempt to find something that actually helped. I had just about given up and was going to make an appointment with a doctor and I am glad I didn't. There are so many people seeing a doctor because of being very sick with either the Flu, Covid or both. I could have gotten additional issues by going to see a doctor where there are so many sick people. I am going to buy more of this stuff and keep using it until all of my wounds/skin issues disappear. So if you are looking for something that will help heal any type of skin issues or wounds, buy this stuff and don't waste your time and money buying and trying all sorts of goop as I did. Too bad I didn't find this stuff 1st. I would have saved money, time and agravation.

My rescue cat had 3 tumors surgically removed & a fourth growth had fallen off, leaving a gaping hole that needed to be stitched up: resulting in 4 different areas stitched up on her tiny 7lb body. I was only able to spray 1 or 2 areas, before Shadow (my cat) would get away, every day, but that was enough to heal most of her wounds so rapidly, that everyone that worked at the vet's office wanted me to pull up my Amazon order, so they could take pics of this particular brand. Sadly, it didn't prevent her from getting septic when the 2 vet techs handled her & the removal of her stitches & staples (after the stitches on her abdomen popped) without gloving up or scrubbing up. They were saying how she would make a complete recovery so I was shocked & traumatized when I found her body under my dining room table. I gave this review 4 stars because I had believed the reviews I read that stated this was a non-burning, painless spray. I bought this product specifically for the pain relieving properties & what the reviews don't mention is it may be painless on minor cuts & scrapes, but after my cat passed, I had an allergic reaction to something & scratched off my upper dermal layer in my sleep. The next morning, I sprayed the wound spray on the area & flew forward so hard from the unexpected sting, that if I were a cartoon, I would have a cut out of me in my wall. In full disclosure though, I also have severe fibromyalgia that affects my reactions to pain, so maybe on most people & animals on minor wounds, this would be painless. I'm just devastated thinking it was stinging & burning my poor cat after her traumatizing surgeries before she passed. Hopefully this wound spray helps you out. Best wishes.

This is great stuff. It doesn’t even need to be rented off and it’s not toxic to new granulated skin and wounds. I use it to help my mom recover from a very large topical wound skin flat with a hematoma. It’s good. It has a spray and also a fine point nozzle you can rinse debris a little bit with it. It’s just the best stuff I was near at first, but her wound close quickly due to not using other products to keep the wound clean. This is what I’ll use now I’ve learned this from the ER technicians. Keeps her wound clean, and I had a large wound never even show signs of infection just using this to flush it out on every bandage change

Used to heal piercing wound! Worked great at keeping skin clean and hydrated. Burns initially when wounds are still fresh, but then is a nice lubricant and cleaner for the later healing process.

I have been suffering from venous stasis ulcers since 2018.This was suggested by my wound care doctors and I have been using it since then . Wonderful product, highly suggest trying !

Got 6 stitches and have been using this to cleanse daily when changing the bandage. Wound is healing very well! Also useful to get stuck bandages loose! Nozzle functions great.

I use this product to help clean my surgical incision. This product is great to use when paired with medical honey since it gets the honey right off upon dressing changes. In terms of what to use to apply this product, I used cotton balls and I found it to be helpful. I would recommend this product to anyone who is wanting to clean their surgical incision. I would not rely on this product alone since I am not sure whether or not there is soap in it. I alternate days where I use hibiclens soap prior to using this product to ensure the wound is clean from any potential germs or bacteria that might harbor if soap is not used to clean it off. Overall I recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a saline based solution to clean their incision.
