Received one which did not work, so I withhold a full 5 stars for that trouble. However, now that I’ve got the replacement up and running, this printer does a great job with details and is surprisingly quick for the price. Simple build, even with rather lacking instruction manual) the included USB has an instruction video which you should watch first!)

I print so much with this thing it's ridiculous, I love this 3D printer.Pros:-Easy assembly (Even for someone not very mechanically inclined such as myself)-Great quality prints-Great software (Easy to use & understand)-Super reliableCons:-You have to level the bed pretty often, but you do that with most printers anyways and it only takes like 20 seconds so it's not really that bad.If there was one printer I'd have to recommend (Especially at this price point) it's this one, I use it all the time, and it's definitely perfect for whatever you're doing (Hobbyist, Small business, Etc)

I bought all the extra upgrades to make it a Neptune 2S. But the upgraded extruder failed. Put the stock one back one and it prints like a dream! Still want a upgrade extruder but for now I will keep using it till that day I have to upgrade!

Amazing for first time users! Very easy to understand. Would definitely recommend to anyone! And the customer service is great! Very fast to respond and they sent the part I needed!

used it one time. worked fine. turned it on to use it a different day . power supply must have failed nothing turns on anymore going to attempt to get a refund

They provided a USB with a step-by-step installation video to help set up your 3D printer which I highly recommend you watch.The 3D printer they sent me had 2 issues that I was able to solve on my own:1) The base with the platform was not stable and very wobbly (Unlucky?). Solution: I solved this by putting tape on the bottom of the stand on opposite sides. I'll probably 3D print out a permanent solution later on.2) Flipping the power switch didn't turn my 3D printer on; even though all the wires were connected. Solution: In the back of the power supply, there's a red switch that was flipped in the wrong direction. So if yours doesn't turn on then simply flip the switch in the back of the power supply.I bought and used ANYCUBIC PLA 3D 1.75mm Dimensional Accuracy +/- 0.02mm and it worked really well with this 3D printer. It prints things out like a champ with decent speed- I'm satisfied with my purchase.

The media could not be loaded.  I have 2 resin printers including a peopoly phenom L and an ender 5 plus fdm printer. I wanted some small printers for various jobs. I bought 3 of these because they come with silent drivers and have decent reviews. I am very happy with them. All 3 work well and make great quality prints. I have started upgrading them already which was always my plan. The weakest part on the build is the extruder so I am installing bmg replacements and upgrading to a clamp style Bowden mount instead of the bad tolerance pneumatic fittings all printers have. Very happy with my purchase and I think the value is hard to beat!Pro tip: All three of them came with a wobbly base. This could be a huge source of problems later but luckily it is very easy to fix. Simply put the printer on a flat surface. Loosen the 2 screws on both the right and left side of the printer. Make sure the wobble is gone. Then tighten them back up slowly, switching back and forth between fasteners as you go so they tighten up without twisting.
