PC1280 Compressor Air 1.5Hp, 6gal

I finally found the pancake compressor I wanted. After returning two air-leaky Dewalt units, I took a chance on Senco. It's an amazingly well built compressor. It is solid and hard-piped which eliminates the possibility of air leak. I charged her up to 150 PSI and unplugged it for a leak-test. I looked at the gage after a week-still said 150!this unit looks and feels heavy duty. I trust working with this compressor very much. My be the color combination is not as eye catching as Dewalt's but, let's face it-this is not a beauty contest.I strongly recommend this compressor. Great job Senco!

The poor reviews are amusing. I purchased this compressor August 2017. As a professional carpenter, I have trimmed 51 houses with it so far. I half expected it to fail by now, but it keeps going. When it does fail, I will buy another one just like it if they are still available. Why wouldn’t I??

I'm a professional trim carpenter and have had quite a few different pancake compressors and this one was a little more expensive than the ones that I used before and I expected it to last awhile longer but it didn't maybe 2 years which is what my hatachi and porta cable lasted. What really makes me mad is that the "brushes" went bad in it and you can't even buy more from senco they don't sell them. Will never buy a senco air compressor again

Zero quality control from the factory.I bought one of these and the valve was broken off so I returned it and the second one leak like a sieve. This is a first for me. I have never returned something broken and got the second one broken to. It cost me more than the thing was worth to return it twice.Total crap.

Initially, it worked great--plenty of power, quiet, nice to use. It got moderate use periodically for 2 years, then quit. Sent it in for service and the repair shop said "not serviceable". I have a Hitachi that I've had for 20 years that's still running.Shame on you Senco!
