Psychology Paperback – January 1, 2014

Even though it's free online for a PDF, I prefer to have a physical copy of my books; it helps me study more effectively. This is a great price and I love how it's printed!

I have to say, the option to purchase a paper copy was a blessing. My psychology teacher gave us the free ebook link and I am personally not good at ebooks. I lose focus too easily with them.The book is HUGE. Much bigger than I expected, but its overall very good.

Great book for this class. Provides everything needed to successfully pass course.

This book is excellent for intro to psychology. It can be used for free through your college, but I preferred a paper copy. Definitely worth the price.

I know I can get this for free but i prefer printed version and i am supposed to go over all the way to 16 chapters and thought it would be too much to print out all of them with my printer. It's going to be more than 600 pages.Just the bad thing is it is black and white version not colored. Some graphs are hard to be recognized. Even thought it's a new book, it's worn a bit but acceptable. Almost 1 and 3/4 inches thick. It has way wider margine inside.😅

This book is great for intro. The publisher is very modest and I wish all my books were this cheap.

Great book! Can't complain about the authors or the price. This is a very through and well worked book. It's also free online, I just bought it as I find it easier to read a physical book.But here's why I gave it 3 stars.The book contains diagrams and images that explain the text. And these diagrams are often times color coded and this book is printed in black and white. So the diagrams are impossible to understand. Also the copy size is very small and it can sometimes be hard to read.If you can get by with the free version online dont buy it. But if you read parallel as I did, its a great book to have.

I prefer an actual textbook as opposed to reading it online when it comes to my online classes. This textbook didn't seem to have any missing graphs or pictures like many converted textbooks do.

Libro ben fatto, con nozioni spiegate in maniera completa e comprensibile. Apprezzo molto lo scopo di OpenStax, ovvero quello di fornire testi di formazione universitaria di qualità gratuitamente. Infatti il libro è disponibile gratuitamente online, ma, fortunatamente, anche stampato per le persone che apprezzano di più la carta. Per me ottimo per il prezzo. Da notare per i più pignoli: in inglese, copertina flessibile e immagini in bianco e nero.
