This helped greatly when having issues intaking anything else while recovering from a lower GI infection. The taste is somewhat medicinal, but it's much better if you dilute it with water. All it all it's a great resource if you need to get some kind of nutrition while in recovery or are ill. Don't depend on it though, make sure to start getting easily digestible solid foods as soon as you are instructed, relying on this exclusively for any period of time will cause it's own set of problems due to the amount of sugar. Also, vitamins are leveraged during digestion and you need solid food in order to actually take advantage of their benefits. Update: It's somewhat disturbing to see some reviews talking about giving this to kids as a supplemental form of protein, DON'T. You're getting the used to high sugar. This product has way, way too much sugar for a young child, that's not how it's meant to be used. It's meant as a clear, somewhat nutritional drink for prior to or just after surgery. For a child, you are way better off being able to control their sugar intake. For instance, mix some Isopure with water and then add some juice to that. It will be way less sugar, the child won't get used to that huge sugar boost, which is terrible for them, and you can add any other nutrients you like to it.

I buy a box of these every month. The taste is great for a protein drink, very ligh but filling. I always have one for breakfast with either a crumpet or fruit. I guess they are good for weight loss, although that is not why o get them. I get them whenever I’m in hospital with every meal because I have a hard time keeping solid food down. I have had an issue twice with one of the boxes leaking all over the others, but you can just rinse the other 23 off if you have that trouble. I think it’s an issue of drivers just tossing the deliveries. Our drivers aren’t very courteous and careful. They ate light, easy to keep down, with 9 gram of protein and very few calories. This would be a great weight loss helper because they fill you up without dragging you down.

I buy these for my handicapped sister in law sending to her facility. She loves the taste and the protein and minerals they provide as she heals from illness.

this Boost Breeze is quite tasty. It has 9 g of protein which I need. It goes down easily -- not thick at all -- and is easily digested (for me, anyway). I haven't tried the other flavors but this Berry flavor is quite good.

Very sweet I had to dilute with water to make it palatable. I definitely won’t drink it on an empty stomach unless I’m need of stool softener. Probably will only order if the orange is unavailable. Four stars just for nutritional benefits.

Best flavor

When I drank the first bottle, the taste was acceptable. Afterwards, it left a very bad aftertaste in my mouth. So, I had four other people, all adults, try it and they all said the same thing. I gave them to my oldest son, who did not really like it, but understood, I don't believe in wasting. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt, I will NEVER try this flavor again. I will stick to the Rich Chocolate flavor. It is not my favorite taste either, but for the benefit, I can tolerate it. I definitely think that these are overpriced and not worth the cost, but my health is worth every penny, if it works. As I am lactose intolerant, I have no stomach issues with Boost, as a product. I also have been diagnosed and being treated for GERD, and again, Boost does not adversely affect this. However, the flavor does cause a minor gag reflex for me when I drank it, causing me to drink it as fast as possible or not complete the entire 8oz bottle. I drank approximately 52oz of water a day, so that says a lot to me. The thickness of this flavor does not help. At least, when I am drinking the Rich Chocolate, I feel like I am drinking chocolate milk. I definitely would not recommend this flavor as to me, if you can’t get past the aftertaste and the thickness for this flavor, you will not get the full benefit of Boost as a nutritional energy drink.

Purchased for my mom. We cannot find large cases in the stores. Great price.
