I bought this because I’m cleaning out my garage and I was looking for some new shelving units and I’m so glad I choice you guys. The packing is excellent. The instructions are stupidly simple and with useful pictures. And asssemblt took about a 1/2 hour from inbox to done. At 1st I was a little concerned about the flimsiness but as more and more pieces are assembled it shores up nicely. And I liked this so much I just bought another one and I might buy a 3rd to Frankenstein 1 @ 2. I’m 6’5” I’d love to add one more shelf to it. Overall excellent excellent excellent.

Was easy to put together and seems very sturdy. I have a terrarium on it and planning on adding another on top eventually.

Works great for 40 gallon breeder tanks ! I just didn't use the last level !

I ordered one to store my sons storage bins to keep them off the basement floor. Then I was so happy with it I ordered 2 more. They hold 2 bins per shelf so 6 - 8 bins total. There's no screws to mess with. They were easy to put together. Great if you need to organize. Good quality.

I was hesitant due to the price, since a lot of other shelving systems like the wire ones are less than half the price.Here are my pros (+) and cons (-):+ looks way better than a wire rack system. This one is solid black and very sleek.+ it’s pretty light weight. Once constructed, it’s not too hard to move.+ good dimensions! I like that this is a bit larger than 36 inches across and about 18-19 inches deep. Those dimensions are exactly what I needed, and were difficult to find many options that fit what I needed.+ you can choose the heights in between shelves that you need. If you don’t want your bottom shelf to be close to the floor? no problem. You want a different height for each shelf? this works out. Useful especially if your needs may change, it doesn’t seem like it would be too difficult to go back in with the mallet and change later on.- the building process is so loud! I love that they give you a mallet but hammering the metal pieces into place was loud and took a while, since it takes a lot to get them locked in. If you have babies, pets or sensitive people in the house, plan for that.- while I do love the depth and width, I think a 60 or 65 inch height would have been perfect. I’m only utilizing 3 out of the 4 shelves due to some of my items being quite tall.Overall: It looks good and I’d definitely repurchase if I needed more shelves.

I bought this 39" shelving system mainly because of the size and I preferred not to have a wired type of design since I'll be using it for seed starting and growing plants. For my intended use, it is very near perfect.The shelving system took me about 45 minutes to unpack, organize and assemble. While it is advertised as a "10 minute" assembly, that's not going to happen unless you have put shelving units together before. The provided instructions are decent enough and subsequent assemblies could probably be put together in about 15 minutes. In any event, you won't need any help putting this together as one person can easily accomplish it with only the supplied hammer.The shelves themselves are very light and get their strength from the 4 ribs underneath. While I wouldn't call this system "heavy duty," I have no doubt it will hold the advertised weight because of the design. It's light and strong as opposed to heavy and strong. One person could carry the assembled unit.The finish appears to be some sort of powder coating with a matte and somewhat lightly textured feel that while moisture resistant, it may not be as easy to wipe clean as say an enamel type finish.Overall, I'm completely satisfied with the unit and it arrived without damage. That's always a plus when buying large items that must be shipped.

I’ve been looking for a shelf that can hold the size and weight of my reptile tanks and was pretty pleased with this shelf. It’s light but sturdy and easy to assemble and I’m HORRIBLE at following directions. The shelves feel flimsy but should up pretty well. I got these shelves back in June, it’s November now and they’re still going strong. If you’re looking for sturdy affordable shelves these are it!
