These tasted great. Not so much the texture. Was kinda hard after making them. Would try again one day

I love these. The taste is a little bland, but that's to be expected with this alternative pancake. Just dress it up like you would normally do! I love to add dark chocolate chips. I am a huge snacker, and always crave pancakes, so this has been a saving grace for me during my fitness journey.

One packet made a fairly large pancake. I got the golden delicious version and initially I was worried as the batter didn't smell too appetizing. I decided to add a few blueberries to half of the pancake once I poured it into the frying pan and spread it out thinner to cook evenly. By itself it was okay and edible. The blueberry side was even better. The texture is different than a regular pancake (think more spongy) and a little bland. I will order this again because it's very filling and I can see myself really making it a versatile breakfast item by topping it or adding different items. This pancake satisfied my pancake craving so that is the biggest recommendation I can give.

Their Protein Hot Chocolate is delicious. But, this thing may have looked like a pancake, but one bite, and into the bin it went.

I ended up using a lot of butter and sugar syrup.. completely goes against why I chose to use this product in the first place. I am 50/50 on whether I’d recommend it as I did not like it but also recognize that I am a super picky eater.

I love this pancake mix. I am diabetic and have to watch sugars and carbohydrates. This mix makes 1 large pancake, making it just right for breakfast with butter and SF syrup. It is easy on my glucose with no large spikes. It is quite good with blueberries. It has a nice hint of vanilla and cooks up golden brown. It is just like a regular pancake with regards to texture? No, but it is good in its own way. I am thrilled to have pancakes on the menu again. This is a regular reorder for me.

My wife got these because I was eating some other protein pancakes that the store was out of. These were not for me. They taste like protein shake powder and are the batter is very loose. I didn’t care for them.

My husband is diabetic & this low carb pancake mix makes it possible for him to enjoy pancakes & not have his blood sugar go high! Win/Win!
