The benefits for my wife have been more significant than for me. First, it does help protect you from sun burns and sun damage. Now for my wife, the benefits for her are much more pronounced. She was very skeptical about taking this supplement, but she is fair skinned and always gets sun burned very easily. I can spend all day out in the sun and I come back in with darker skin. She can spend 20 minutes in the sun and she turns into a lobster (sub burned). I told her about the proposed benefits from the sun and said she should try it to see if it works. So we both started taking this about 1 year ago. The effects are not immediate, it takes about 30 to 60 days before you start to notice.
