Poor and very low sound quality on both ps4 and Samsung galaxy cell phones. Not impressed at all. Really expected better.Update: Sounds better on xbox1 than ps4...sound quality still not all that and its not that loud either . Have to turn volume all the way up on controller setting and on headset...still lacking the bass. Change my review to three stars.

Pro first: the price is cheap, they are actually quite comfortable even though they might not look it and the sound is not that badCon: the sound not bad but they aren't great either because of the wire the sound is shaky and the microphone is the worst i couldn't hear from or talk from the head phones...so overall this product give it to your 5 year old or grandparents who dont even play game other than that no good

Great product. Long cord, great sound quality, comfortable to wear, sturdy feel. The customer service was fantastic when we had a slight snafu. They replaced it without any fuss, were courteous and prompt. The new one works perfectly. I highly recommend this company for their high quality product AND their great customer service.

I wanted to use it for my Xbox One and the 2 plug with adapter doesn't work.

This headset suck ass! The quality of the output is horrible. Everyone talking to me breaks up and cuts out. I've used other brands and have never had that problem. So do not buy

If you're looking for a great headset that you can plug into your PS4 and talk to your friends and listen to the game audio, then you're in the wrong place. The mic doesn't even work.
