Excellent! Nothing to dislike. Very good quality and flavor! We will definitely order more. Great buy for the money. This goes further than American pasta, less fills you. Thankfully they haven't GMO'd it like they have here, that's why so many people, like diabetics can't eat the pasta here, but can eat the Italian pasta. Their wheat is complete, that's why it has more body and better fresher flavor. Thank you.

This pasta is dangerous.As noted above: I am a pasta snob, 100%, I do not play when it comes to my noodles.This i some of THE most delicious pasta. I don't know what makes the difference?! Due to allergies and auto-immune reactions I must stay away from all of the 'enriched' products, so had to go organic or imported (read your labels NOT all imported are enrichment 'free') years and years and years ago.So the organic does make a difference but why the difference after that? Again I don't know but this stuff is fantastic.When you can eat it without ANYTHING: no sauce, no butter, no olive oil . . . just plain and the flavor is exceptional . . . well, that's what you get here.Mild but distinct on the flavors of the tri-colored noodles, and in good way.Just delicious. Recommend!

I purchased this for a friend who is a huge fan of this brand. Honestly, I think dried pasta is dried pasta - but she really loves it. I like to send her pantry/shelf stable stuff - she has a lot of mouths to feed and Amazon makes it easy to help her as often as I can. I love the colorful variety. The taste is very good. Especially for being gluten free. At first I thought that the price was a bit high but after tasting the pasta and seeing the beautiful colors and shapes included, I realized the value for the money.
