I purchased this kit as a compliment to the dip powder kit because I really wanted the clips. The cotton pads that come with this kit dry out extremely fast and simply stick to the nail; however, use cotton balls and you're good to go! The nail tools that came with the kit are wonderful as well, and the bottle for the remover is easy to use & refill.

4 stars for the tools, however my intention for this purchase was for the nail removal clips. Loses a star for that. I would not purchase the nail clips again - I am going to try a steamer next instead. Might be okay to use if you’re doing someone else’s nails with them though!Here’s my gripe on the nail clips: i use these on myself. I have to leave them on for about 10-15 min per hand. Most of the time I have to re-soak the pads because they are dry around the 10 min mark. That’s not terribly annoying, but it was less effective and took longer than when I was microwaving bowls of acetone and sitting my hands for 10 min.They are difficult to apply to both hands by myself, so I started just doing one hand at a time which doubles the removal time. Even if I can get to both hands, I can’t use the scraper well with the clips applied to the other hand. I’m pretty practiced on doing my own gel, and I acknowledge that the removal is the worst part. The clips didn’t make it any better for me in any way, I would really rather just sit them in a bowl of acetone.

This set was decent for the price. One big downside is that all of the clips are the same size so the big toe doesn’t fit. The other clips also slide off easily. Aside from that, it comes with a lot of items for the price.

I absolutely love that everything (minus acetone) came in this kit. I needed new supplies to soak off my gels and this was absolutely 💯 perfect! If I need more in the future I would definitely repurchase 💕
