Alarm System Plug In Transformer Honeywell Ademco 1321 16.5V 25VA - Works on Most Security Panels Including Honeywell Ademco, DSC, ETC

All aspects of the seller were professional and up to par. My only disappointment was that the product came with no instructions. My system has two power wires, and the transformer has three terminals, so it was a trial and error guessing game to figure out which terminals the two wires should land on. (Hint: the red wire goes on the 16.5V and the black goes on 0V.)Once installed, it appears to be working just fine!

Perfect fit! This plug solve my problem. And the price is right. However the plug did not come with instructions, or diagrams and in the back of it has 3 wires connections so I had to use my volt meter to select the right connection. I like the light indicator, but it so bright that it call atention to the alarm box. Thank you.

Bought this for my Honeywell alarm system that I custom installed a few years ago. The transformer that came with the alarm originally started getting extremely hot and was not putting out the voltage it was supposed to. Picked this one up as a replacement for the faulty transformer and could not be happier. It runs cooler than the original. Overall, quality product for the money, easy to install even for someone with virtually no experience. Terminals were easy to identify positive vs. negative.

This transformer was marketed as a Honeywell product, which it isn't, although it worked in my case. It is larger than the Honeywell, and you might want to check if there might be constraints in plugging it into a particular outlet especially if there is another item already plugged into said outlet.

My use for this product is to power my home security system. The delivery was earlier than quoted and the product was as described. I would definitely recommend the company to others.Thanks for the great experience!

works ok so far. No instructions included. Has a grounding screw (middle): hard to tell how this should be wired w/ out instructions.

Had purchased another adapter that burned the fuse. This worked as advertised. Even took on slightly more voltage for the doorbell. Would recommend

This was supposed to come with VIDEO INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED - Easy to follow DIY step by step instructions on how to replace & FREE EBOOK on Home Security and your Family. It arrived with neither. I am not an electrician - how am I supposed to install without instructions? I emailed the seller - if I don't get a reply with the instructions - I will be returning it.
